and i visited matches atble and it says " rest day " but othe manager have played their matches .

If this is about your team in Egypt on your first managerslot, then it's because Egypt has an uneven amount of teams. That means that there is always one team that doesn't have a match. Now it was your team that had a 'rest day'.
