Can’t exit a tournament

Hi. This is also happening to me. I just got knocked out, but the buttons aren’t working and the page itself is glitching. It days i got a winners cup ticket, when i didn’t. Please respond.

I’ve been knocked out in a club tournament and I was told to leave , but those buttons ( to leave the tournament) are not working . Are there any way to leave other that those buttons?

Have you already tried to clear cookies and cache and temporary files. Perhaps that solves it.

I've had ''Match in play'' showing for 2 days after being knocked out in the first KO round. This isn't the first time it's happened, so I'm pretty sure clearing cookies will help.

Hi. I removed data from the osm website only, but it hasn’t worked. -
I've cleared cookies as well, and it's still showing ''game in play'', and it won't let me leave the tournament.
This only happens if I reack the Round of 16, or further, and not if I get KO'd in the group stage. -
