Trying to log in on my phone

Hi guys, I'm trying to log in on my phone (iPhone) since I'm going on a holiday soon and obviously want to manage my well doing team from the other side of the world. I'm trying to log in on the OSM-app with my credentials that I use for the dekstop game, but it doesn't work. I can't log in on the app. When I try the 'Log in with email' or 'Forgot your password' in the app, I don't receive the e-mails.
Any ideas why I can't log in on my iPhone? And how to fix it?

Hi there,
The most likely scenario is that you are trying to log in onto the wrong version of OSM. With OSM NL (Dutch version) and OSM World (international version) we have two seperate versions of OSM that act independantely of each other. Your account is located on the Dutch version, so you are probably trying to log in to the World version.
On the iPhone you can switch the region by going to the OSM app settings from the app settings of your phone.

Make sure your app is updated and that your email is correctly linked to your OSM account. Check your spam folder for password reset emails. If nothing arrives, try logging in via browser or contact OSM support to verify your account status before your trip. Safe travels!
