Hi there,
When you purchase a Pack in the OSM Store that contains items (Club Funds, Training Progression or Player Packs) then those items will be stored in your inventory (the blue-yellow OSM bag). So check your inventory to see if it's there. If it's not, then you will have to contact our customer support. They can check what happened. You can find our customer support through the below link.

Then click on 'submit a request' and choose the option 'OSM' from the dropdown menu to fill in the contact form. If you include proof of payment they can help you out inmediately.
