    Hi, I completed a mission yesterday. The points are shown as credited on the revu site, but I haven’t received anything on OSM.
    I now have a special transfer opportunity that I really want to make using those points. The offer expires in about 4 hours, so I urgently need those points.

      The reward is pending by REVU and its not collected to my account

        Hi there,

        If the status is pending then that means that revu still has to check your status of the offer. This might take a few days.

        If it's listed as 'credited', but you are sure you didn't received the rewards, then you will have to contact our customer support. They can help you out then. You can find them through the below link.
