Legends event. How does it work?

I didn't quite understand the event on the 3rd and 4th. What is the "Legends" event? Is it just two days of Legends on the transfer list, cheaper or costing fewer coins? Is that all? Or is it some kind of transfer event as well? I confess I read it several times and didn't understand! Are there legends on the list and a higher chance of our team's players being sold than usual?

There will be 2 days of Legends on the transferlist with the regular cost (100 Bosscoins).
