    You're horribly wrong this time! A change like this (especially without any notice) after years of daily playing makes you feel unwanted and will keep people away. You should restore the "old" login procedure.

      So since GB can't solve the problems of cheaters and multi-accounts, it makes life difficult for all the other managers. It seems sensible to me......

      @giovvy
      No, the problem is rather than identifying cheaters themselves they are just using this procedure to try and kill off cheaters once and for all. Unfortunately, what it is actually doing, it is making more actual managers than cheaters leave this game💀💀💀💀💀💀✖️♾️

      @Majstor-Matt
      Its just becoming more about people spending money on coins….not really about experienced or competitive players…..i really don’t like saying this but its what i’m seeing…

          There is no way GB keeps making these kind of nonsense decisions while expecting the game to continue being alive...

            Who the hell do you think you are? A bank?! A security code via email to log in, what a ridiculous idea. Why not just send a letter with two signatures to log in to a virtual football match? You can really overdo it with this self-importance. As if the previous login wasn't perfectly sufficient. I think it's crap!

                  I've been playing the game for 12 years, but once I'm locked out I highly doubt I'll return.
                  I completely disagree with this and have no intention of obliging to what you're trying to force.

                    I don't have Facebook and I don't want it. Login with e-mail is too much hassle. Keep it as it is, or people will quit. Including me. Why make something difficult that is supposed to be easy?

                      @Sebastián-Lazarte

                      Hi there,

                      This has been permanentely removed for a number of reasons.

                      • Better security as it will be harder to take over an account
                      • Hopefully less cheaters as it will be more difficult to create an account and to switch to other accounts
                      • Less account issues as new users are no longer able to play without adding an emailadress, password or social connection.

                      It's unfortunate that the login procedure has become more complex, but it was a neccessary step.

                      @FC-Eddie_NL

                      Hi,

                      Unless am not aware of something other than what has been written I do not see how altering this login method adds anything different than what we already have. I was always under the impression that if you did not remember your password you would be sent a pasword reset, sent sent to your email adddress. Similarly, when creating an account one would normally give an email address to confirm details. Either way having an email address is one layer, maybe to help recover accounts one may wish to add an answer to a question of your choice, that only you would know. That too may help.
                      Yet, to then say that in order to login one must connect via a social connection or via email is no longer one of choice but of demand.
                      Who is demanding the change, I don't think the users are demanding the change. The access of control can still be had as it currently is.
                      I think it's really important to have clarity to avoid confusion. I do believe that were you to suggest to account holders either log in as is via the new to come login method or else login via the password method then it may be more of giving the users a free will to determine how they would prefer to login in. The alternative to the user would otherwise suggest that they are not being given the free will to choose how to login, which to me is wrong. I came across just such a set up when login in to Zoopla the property website, here's the link, https://www.zoopla.co.uk/signin/?return_url=%2F which gives the user a choice.

                      Thank you for reading this far.

                      Kind regards,

                      Don Joselito
