    Hello, on my Android phone at least 75 coins (I believe 3 times the universal trainer) were taken due to an error to visualize that I had to buy the universal trainer because the time was expired. When I was pressing the button I was getting an error message and the 25 coins where anyway removed. When then I checked on another phone (Iphone), I realized that instead there was still time and that no universal trainer had to be bought. Can I get back the coins that were unproperly removed? Is it possible to add somewhere a possibility for the user to see a log or the history about how he spent the boss coins. I believe that recently other error happened to me because I should definitively have more and having tracked all the expenses add transparency

      Sorry that you're facind such a problem, but... can you please clarify?

      I've checked and you didn't spent any BCs on Universal trainer on since 22nd February

        @SpecialOne This is strange I buy universal trainer every day on 4 slots. On the android system sometimes the universal trainer does not show the time that is still valid but just "non valido", not valid if I translate, even if I should have still for many hours. When this happens and the player stops to train the system gives me the possibility to buy the trainer, if I do it I get an error (because actually there is still time) and 25 coins are removed. If then I go on the browser I realize that there was no need at all to buy the trainer because time was still available (so probably the possibility to buy on ANdroid was simply wrong). Unfortunately I did it many times before to realize it. I am also wondering at this point your system to track the money that we spend because except on slot 2 I am buying universal trainer every day.

          Ok, my bad... I was using wrong filter and wasn't getting the correct info...

          You're in fact using Universal trainer daily 👍 , but as you can see you're only credited once every 24h. This one is clarified, no extra charge.

          Now, let's try to filter why, in which situations you get the wrong info that your UT has expired.

          Can you please detail that a bit more and even make a video?

            Hello Thanks a lot. Are you sure I was not charged more? This is not what I was seeing. Could you filter instead of fee Universal trainer with fee 25 coins to see if something strange appese related to errors? I am sure extra money were taken. Thanks

              As additional information I believe it happened on slot 3 or 4 or both. I do not think it happened on slot 1 and not on slot 2
