Bug with stadium

We just can't reproduce it. Can you please provide some steps that can allow us to reproduce it?

It may be on a specific browser or under some specific set up and that info will allow us to reproduce and fix it!

well, i tried on my ipad through safari, and on windows through chrome.
any specific info you need?

hmmm I just tested on my account and it works also on safari.

Can I've safari Version number? Or maybe you can check if there's an update for your safari. Maybe also install Chrome and try it there, just to filter if it's an account or browser issue?

it´s on all slots with chrome. it tries to load but it never end loading. I´ll try it on DuckDuckGo today.

I also got it once in a while, but can't really create the conditions to reproduce it all the time, because 5 minutes later is working and when it happens if I try on a different browser on same computer, it works like a charm...

Did you guys notice anything particular when it happens?

Same issue here on Firefox. Runs fine on Microsoft Edge. Couldn't pinpoint what exactly changes between both browsers that affects loading, but no luck. Tampered with all settings possible on Firefox, issue persisted.

I mostly play by web and have to log in to the app every time just to update the stadium. Will this bug ever be fixed?

My PC is running Windows 11 Edge, latest version. The "Stadium" and "Information Analyst" sections are not opening; they keep spinning. I cannot use these sections. Please fix the error. Thank you.

Do you guys have any sort of Ad-block on your browser?

I found out that enabling/disabling ad-blocker, makes it work again. Can you guys try it and let me know if it's the same with you guys?
