Unable to scout all leagues on OSM

Could you please add all active leagues to the scout base, because I tried scouting players from some leagies that were added in last 6 months (Jamaica, Philiphines, Tajikistan...) and I am not able to send a scout there as an option. Its a shame that leagues are available, but scouting there is not...
Could you please check if that is an option?

There were 16 'minor' leagues where scout was not picking up players. These leagues were configured (even if not used) looooong ago. We decided to start using the and no one remembered to enable scout in there.
After tomorrow morning, scout should be able to scout in there. Let me know if you find any other country 'closed' to your scout and we'll discuss it with the authorities to allow him to enter the county
