The advertising system doesn't seem to be working.

Right now, when I click to watch ads to get coins or other rewards, it doesn't finish, wasting a lot of time. This has been happening for a while. Why hasn't it been fixed? It's really detracting from the fun of playing this game. I've tried deleting and redownloading the game, but it didn't help.
Is anyone else experiencing the same problem? How do you all feel about it?

Could you answer the following questions, please:
- on which platform did you watch the ad? (webversion, iOS app or Android app)
- have you already tried to wait half a minute to see if the ad closes? Sometimes it can take a little longer before the pop-up closes.
- have you checked if the Bosscoin got added to your account afterwards? (by refreshing page or going to a different page first)
- do you know which ad it is? (what is the subject of the advert, if an ad plays at all)

- have you already tried to wait half a minute to see if the ad closes? Sometimes it can take a little longer before the pop-up closes. = I waited longer on the problematic ads (some ads worked normally, but fewer were problematic).
- have you checked if the Bosscoin got added to your account afterwards? (by refreshing page or going to a different page first) = I checked. It's not like I just started playing this game; this has been happening for about a month now.
- do you know which ad it is? (what is the subject of the advert, if an ad plays at all) = There are a lot of them. About 3/4 of what I've seen so far.
