    -I suspect someone is cheating, how can I be sure? We often get questions about what's considered cheating and what's not. Managers reporting users just because they managed to build a really good squad, because they beat them while their squad is better or even report managers because they don't lose a match. As you can imagine this creates an huge delay and unnecessary workload having to check all those ticket/reports. Let's try to reduce this, by explaining when managers are breaking OSM Terms and when they should be reported. There are mainly 3 situations where it's easy for users to spot when a manager is breaking OSM Terms: Illegal transfers To be reported under Illegal Transfers Doing transfers between 2 or more teams (managed by humans) where one of them is clearly the benefited with those transfers Buying weak players that don't improve your squad by huge amounts without a clear reason for it (don't have enough players to line due to injuries or suspension) Buying strong players that will improve your squad by really low values without having a clear benefit to seller Collusion ** A single user controlling several teams or a group of users playing as a group to 'assure' that a specific team will win the league by setting losing tactics, weak line ups, players on wrong positions and/or play with strongest line up and camping their rivals Offensive language Offensive names, league names, profiles, insults via PMs, Crew Names.....etc Important NOTE: All reports should include a clear description of what you're reporting and evidences added (please, add all necessary screenshots).     @pin.kod Hi there, If you create new tickets, then those tickets will be merged with the previous ones and will get to the bottom of the waiting que again. So just be patient until you receive a reply and do not create new tickets. The support team is really small and there are dozens of tickets created. So it can sometimes take several days before you receive a reply.

    @aygın-kocamans Hi there, I can understand it can sometimes be confusing or you forget that you have your Club Funds stored in Savings. A confirmation button only appears if the amount of Bosscoins you need to compensate for the Club Funds is below a certain threshold. If you want a refund then you will have to contact our customer support. They can check this and issue a refund. Keep in mind that there are some restrictions to this and it is up to the support if a refund is still possible or not. You can find our support through the below link. https://support.onlinesoccermanager.com/hc/en-us Then click on 'submit a request' and choose the option 'OSM' from the dropdown menu to fill in the contact form. Make sure to provide as much details about it as you can.

    @FC-Eddie_NL Hi, Unless am not aware of something other than what has been written I do not see how altering this login method adds anything different than what we already have. I was always under the impression that if you did not remember your password you would be sent a pasword reset, sent sent to your email adddress. Similarly, when creating an account one would normally give an email address to confirm details. Either way having an email address is one layer, maybe to help recover accounts one may wish to add an answer to a question of your choice, that only you would know. That too may help. Yet, to then say that in order to login one must connect via a social connection or via email is no longer one of choice but of demand. Who is demanding the change, I don't think the users are demanding the change. The access of control can still be had as it currently is. I think it's really important to have clarity to avoid confusion. I do believe that were you to suggest to account holders either log in as is via the new to come login method or else login via the password method then it may be more of giving the users a free will to determine how they would prefer to login in. The alternative to the user would otherwise suggest that they are not being given the free will to choose how to login, which to me is wrong. I came across just such a set up when login in to Zoopla the property website, here's the link, https://www.zoopla.co.uk/signin/?return_url=%2F which gives the user a choice.     @Trymp The weekend doesn't count as the Support team doesn't work outside office hours. So it could be that they will response soon. Just to be safe: did you report it using the following steps? Go to https://support.onlinesoccermanager.com/hc/en-us and use 'submit a request' Select 'OSM' from the first dropdown menu If you selected 'report a player for an offensive name, tag or description' from that first dropdown menu, then the report won't come through.

    Yeah I got a message that is back available in game couple days ago. Did not know as well that it was removed before... all in all from what I know, entry fee is always 40 coins, and there is no specific time for league to open/start - it starts automatically at any part of the day once the 128 managers have applied for entrance. Sometimes when the mode is popular that can be in less than a day, but sometimes you might have to wait for more that 3-4 days if at that moment game mode is not that popular. And from what I know lately it hasnt been that popular, thats why it might have been removed. Simply too many people use too many coins in there and it becomes impossible to play with them for anything serious.

    @domınıc-tedesco77 Hi there, There are a number of requirements that needs to be met in order to receive those bonus Bosscoins when you invite friends to come play OSM. These are as follows: New user has to sign up via invitation link and on same session (if user installs app then closes it and later opens it and sign up, it won't work. He needs to click the link again and only after the account has been created) Invited user has to create a new account and not joining league with an existing one. There's a maximum of 10 rewards, so all invites sent after that won't give any more rewards. Make sure to double check if you and your friends have met these requirements. If you did and you still didn't receive the bonus Bosscoins, then you will have to contact our customer support. They can check this and give you the Bosscoins.     @De_young7 Hi there, You can try to get it back by tapping on the 'appeal' button and tell the OSM Support staff why your suspension should be lifted. They will have the final say if the suspension was needed or not.

    @AntoModeste27 Hi there, That depends on their total team value and the league creation sytem. The system tries to put users with similar team values in one Champions Cup, but at the same time it tries to minimize the waiting time for users as much as possible. So it could still happen that the total difference in team value from the team with the highest team value to the team with the lowest team value will be pretty big. Bottom line: a high chance they will be in seperate Champions Cups, but they could still end up together in the same one if they are lucky.
