If it still an issue and removing cookies and cache of the browser didn't worked, then please post some screenshots of the issue. Perhaps you do not have enough Club Funds or Bosscoins to make the purchase or you have put your Club Funds on Savings. If it's on Savings you won't be able to use it and have to transfer it back first.
As for the video: do you have an adblocker installed and is it active for OSM? If so, then you have to deactivate it before you are able to watch the ad.
