**Bug**: Adplayer doesn't work, can't watch videos

Dudes, do you even know how hard it could be to fix this problem? Do you work for GameBasics studio?
You can’t just say “well, its been 20 days, it surely isn’t that hard to fix this teeny weeny problem, i can’t watch ads, help it’s impossible to do anything”.
Whilst you can’t get boss coins, play international tournaments or competitions where there are no transfers!

Here are a few screenshots. Ad loaded for a few seconds and then closed. Bosscoins were added. So I don't know what you guys are talking about. Perhaps try to remove cookies and cache of your browser and see if that changes anyting.

@FC-Eddie_NL and this doesnt happen in our game, it seems like it is loading the ad, but it doesn't. And there are no boss coins added. What else can I say? Maybe it is a browser problem. I use firefox and maybe @Adrian-C-Woods is using the same browser. I have no idea what could be the problem. It was working fine until this popped up again, like some months ago.

@FC-Eddie_NL one more thing, what maybe helps to understand. The window, which is to see in your screenshots and where is written "ad in play", we don't have. If I click on watching ad it starts very normal, but then the screen gets clean again and nothing happens. No window opening, no bitcoins added. Thats how it is

I have installed Firefox and watched an ad, but it also adds the Bosscoins even though the ad closed after a few seconds. So I don't know why it doesn't work for you and Adrian. Perhaps removing the cookies and cache helps, otherwise I don't know.

@FC-Eddie_NL Cookies and Cash is cleaned automatically when I close Firefox. I can imagine that you don't know, but us too. I guess so only help we can get is from the programmers. I really have no idea as well, and I didn't change anything in Firefox.

So what will happen next? Another 5 days gone and I bought Boss coins again, because the free boss coins through ads still doesn't work.

I have asked again if there is any idea for when the issue might be resolved. I think that the most tricky part is that it is difficult to fully fix it, as it has come back a few times now. And I also think that they have to rely on outside help from AdInPlay.

About the not getting the bc when you try to watch an ad: is it possible for you guys to post a video about that? I have forwarded your name and ID number to check this, but that might not be enough.

@FC-Eddie_NL hi, here I made a video, I hope it shows enough. The ads also do not work in Training or anywhere else, where I can use ads to remove time. And I am not allowed to upload the video

That's probably because of limitations in file size that can be directly posted onto the forum. You might have to put it in a package like we transfer and then post the link to it.

They have tested it and it works fine. The reward has been given out. Both for the videos in the Finance section aswell as the free Bosscoin section. According to the data, you received some rewards from videos last week aswell. So this seems to be some visual issue at your end. Since clearing cookies is already automaticaly done once you close the browser, you could try the following things:

• Refresh the page or even go to a different clubslot.
• If you have an adblocker installed, then make sure it's disabled for OSM
• Check if antivirus or firewall is blocking something.

@FC-Eddie_NL I didn't change any settings on my laptop, so in my eyes that could be not the centre of the problem. The boss coins I received was after watching ads on my smartphone. But usually I don't have time to do this on my smartphone, because I work on my laptop, and also I don't like the smartphone-version of the game.

I have no idea, what I can do. It happened after the last big design changes in the pc-version. So I still see the problem not on my side, but for sure I will check again.

@FC-Eddie_NL I tried now in another Browser, Google Chrome, and it works, so it seems that it is a firefox problem, but I didn't change anything. Which settings do you have in firefox? An Adblocker I don't find
