Hello everyone,

I have a question about the squad selection tips in OSM.
When setting up my lineup, the game suggests combining young and experienced players.

Does anyone know from what age a player is considered experienced in OSM?

30+ old players are considered experienced, I believe.

What are the disadvantages of older players over younger ones? Eg i know younger ones get trained better and faster

@JAY-ZO As far as I know, older players are mainly needed for their experience, so that they can be combined with younger players. I don’t really see any other downsides. And they train not as well as the younger ones.
