Hi there,
Could you try to do the following steps. Perhaps that will solve the issue.
- Clear all app data
- Remove the OSM app from your phone
- Restart your phone
- Install the OSM app again.
If not, then you will have to wait for a reply from the OSM Support. It can sometimes take a few days before you receive a reply back from them. The weekend doesn't count as they are not in the office then.
