Shouldn't managers be allow to see team rosters from other league and make offers for them? For example, I'm managing in the premier league and I want to make offers for players from other leagues such as la liga or bundesliga. I think it will be a good idea to add this feature.

Hi, it's not possible to negotiate with teams from other leagues but you can always buy players from other teams from other leagues via the transfer list and also from the scout.
