ICCL: INTERNATIONAL CREW CHAMPIONS LEAGUE 🌍🏆

      IMG_0649.jpeg

Hello everyone! It is with great honour that I present to you the International Crew Champions League (ICCL), a project I have dedicated significant effort to😓. I am confident that with your support, we can establish a tournament that is fun, challenging, competitive, and enjoyable for hundreds of crews over many seasons😁.

      ——————————————————————————————

      4 facts at a glance, from I, C, C and L:

: In our commitment to excellence, the dedicated staff will exert every effort 🥵 to establish and maintain an active forum topic for this tournament, ensuring its continuous engagement and success.

: Crews will Clearly encounter a new challenge as this tournament will feature NO ⛔️ transfers. Additionally, boss coins will be rendered virtually useless. To ensure the utmost fairness, training camps, secret trainings, and options to speed up timers will also be disabled. This approach guarantees that those with more boss coins will not possess an unfair advantage, thereby maintaining the integrity of the competition.

: champions 🏆of the previous season of ICCL will enter the next season automatically➡️

: lastly, the maximum amount of crews who can join is 30. That is, in the main league, the champions league. Underneath that there will be more leagues depending on how many crews join. The winners of ICCL will be the crew who wins the champions league. Crews can be promoted or relegated.

      REGISTRATION ✉️

      What

:When registering, the crew name📝, and at least 5 players from the crew MUST be registered. 5 is the minimum, if you wish, you may register however many members you want (keeping in mind that not all of them may get a chance to play). PLEASE MAKE SURE that the name of your crew and the players you are registering is exactly correct. (Note: the more players you register, the more rotation you can do, especially in the first phase of the tournament which is mentioned below). In short, Each crew must register with a minimum of 5 players 📝. Ensure the accuracy of the crew and player names.

:EVERY CREW MUST REGISTER AT LEAST ONE PLAYER WHO CAN CREATE⚒️ A LEAGUE. (Note: this doesn’t❌ mean that he/she will definitely create a league. For the battle phase, if you have only one member who can create a league, then he will create a few of your battle leagues, but in the second phase, we will have a pool of players who can create the leagues rather than a few players). This player can be part of the members you normally register of course, he doesn’t have to be separate. You need to register minimum 1 player who can create a league, if you can place more, that would be great.
Keep in mind that the players who can create a league will have to participate in the league too, so don’t register one of your supposedly “weaker” players as someone who can create a league. Also keep in mind, if you have only 1 player who can create a league, he will have to participate every time your crew has to create a league (because he has to create the league). In short, Each crew must register at least one player capable of creating a league ⚒️.

: EVERY CREW MUST register a captain©️. He has to be ONE of the players out of all the players registered. He will be held responsible for making sure that all crew members who are registered for the tournament know the rules properly. If a certain member from his crew, or the full crew (just his/her crew) need to be conveyed a message📄 from the staff, it will be his responsibility to do so (the staff will send him the message, and it will his job to send/say it to whoever it is for). If there is a mistake in creating the league, or any rules are broken, or there are any sanctions to be given out to anyone from his/her crew, or even the whole crew, he will be the one that talks will be held with if needs be. Make sure this person is reliable for all the above mentioned things under this point. In short, Each crew must designate a captain ©️ responsible for ensuring all members understand the rules and for communication with the staff.

      Where🤷‍♂️
      How to Register:
• Forum: Register your team here on the forum.
      • In-Game Chat: Send a message to any of the tournament staff.

When registering your crew team (the team you select from your crew to take part in the tournament) (both on the forum or the in game chat), first type your crew name, then all the player’s names. Those who can create a league, add an “L” IN BRACKETS next to their name. The person who is the captain, add a “C” IN BRACKETS next to their name.
ADD THE FLAG OF THE NATIONALITY OF THE CREW NEXT TO THE CREW NAME, and THE SAME with the players.
      For example:
      Crew name: Crew A 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿
      Players:
      Player A🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿
      Player B🇦🇷
      Player C (C) (L)🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿
      Player D🇪🇸
      Player E (L)🇵🇹
      Player F🇧🇷
      Player G🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿
      Player H🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿

If a crew doesn’t register at least 5 players, doesn’t register a captain, doesn’t register someone who can create a league, or doesn’t post the nationality of the crew and players, then the crew won’t be registered for the tournament and will simply not be taken into account. We will not be handing out penalties; it is the crew’s responsibility to register to participate. If they don’t register properly its their own fault, and their participation won’t be taken into account🤷‍♂️.

      FORMAT📨

Note: the language of the tournament will be English🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿
Note: withdrawal from the tournament is not allowed🚯. If a team withdraws, they will be banned for x amount of feature seasons.

In the international crew champions league, there will be 2 phases:
      1: battle phase⚔️
      2: league phase📈

To give any examples, this is the league table which will be used, with 14 teams:

      Crew Pts
      A 0
      B 0
      C 0
      D 0
      E 0
      F 0
      G 0
      H 0
      I 0
      J 0
      K 0
      L 0
      M 0
      N 0

      1: Battle phase.
In the battle phase, there will be 5 rounds. Each team will face a different team in each round, and at the end of the battle phase, each team will have faced 5 other teams. The points awarded per battle are:
      🥇Win=3 points🥳
      ↔️Draw=1 point😐
      📛Loss=0 points😭

The way this will work is that as it is mentioned above in registration, each crew must have a player who can create a league. Each crew will randomly be matched with another crew for each of the 5 rounds. After the match is made, first, the tournament staff will choose and tell who will be creating the leagues (based on how many leagues a crew has already created, and the amount of league creators they have registered). THE CREW ON THE LEFT MUST TAKE THE BLUE TEAMS (see example below)⬇️. After that, all crews will post their line up consisting of 5 players. (It is not necessary for the captain to be in the line up, but a league creator must be in the line up of the crew who is making the league). The deadline to post the line ups is 24 hours. During this time, each crew must post their line up of 5 players, including one league creator, and 4 other players from their pool of registered players (again make sure the players’ names are exactly correct). After 24 hours, the crews which have not posted their line ups will automatically lose their battle, giving the other team 3 free points☹️. After the 24 hours in which crews must post their line up, the league creators will be given 24 hours to create the leagues and send the invites to the correct players. IF after 25 hours the league creator doesn’t create the league and send out invites, his team will automatically lose the battle and gift the opposing crew 3 points (even if he creates the league later).
(Note: managers have 1 hour after the original 24 to create the league if they haven’t. However, his team will start with -2 points in the league😲). If even after all 25 hours the league creator fails to create the league, as mentioned above, they will gift the opposition 3 points for free. The crews themselves can decide who will take which team (team 1,2,3,4 or 5). The settings league creators have to set are mentioned below.

In the battle phase, only the 5v5 friendly battle league will be used.
What is allowed and what is not allowed:

      Transfers: off ⛔️
Why? Because those who have more boss coins can have an advantage. They can use the scout too, and even generally, some people will have better squad building skills than others. Turning transfers off helps managers focus on the tactics etc for the next match rather than worry about keeping up with the other teams in squad value. It is also fair because 2 players from each crew have pretty much the same squad.

      Training: no ❌
Why? Players randomly get the addition of 10%, 25%, 50% and 100%. This is unfair. Also, not all players will be able to complete and start their training at the same time, which means some would do it faster, and some would do it slower, again, proving unfair.

      Private league: on ✅

      Cup: off ❌

      Training camps: off ❌

      Secret trainings: off ❌

      Club funds compensation: off ❌

      Items: off ❌

      Pre season: off ❌
      No point

      Timers: off ❌
      Shortening of timers prohibited

      Data analyst: allowed ✅

      Doctor: allowed ✅

      Lawyer: allowed ✅

      Improve Stadium: allowed ✅

      Set sponsors: allowed ✅

      Friendlies: not allowed🚫
      Gives progression

Method of posting the line up for the battle:
The registered captain (if he is in the line up) and league creator MUST have C or L next to their names in brackets. The flags of the nationalities of the players do not have to be posted next to their names. The crew name Must be above all the players’ names, however, adding the number of the round, or the name of the opposition’s crew is optional. (Notes:
1.It is the responsibility of (both) the crews to know who is sending out the invites🫵.
      2. If the line up of a crew consists of 2 league creators, then only the one who will be creating the upcoming league should have a L in brackets next to their name.)

      For example:
Crew A line up for round 1:
      Player A
      Player B
      Player C (C)
      Player D
      Player E (L)

After each battle is finished, IT IS THE JOB OF THE CREW WHICH DIDN’T CREATE THE LEAGUE TO POST THE RESULTS. After all the battles are finished, the staff will post the updated league table after each of the 5 rounds.

After that, teams will be given 24 hours to take a break, before the process for the next round will start (everything same as mentioned above) until the 5 rounds are complete.
(Note: if any number of crews are tied on the same points, they will be sorted by the difference between the final score on the last day of the battle, in other words, goal difference)

An example to explain all the rules of this paragraph which has been mentioned above ⬆️:

      EXAMPLE:

Round 1, draw is made, and posted on the forum.

      Round 1 draw:
      Battle 1: crew A v crew B
      Battle 2: crew C v crew D
      Battle 3: crew E v crew F
      Battle 4: crew G v crew H
      Battle 5: crew I v crew J
      Battle 6: crew K v crew L
      Battle 7: crew M v crew N

THE CREW ON THE LEFT MUST TAKE THE BLUE TEAMS

The creators of the leagues will be the crews on the left.

Teams are then given 24 hours to post their line ups.
And then 25 hours to create the leagues. Then the battles begin!

After the 10 matchdays, the 7 crews post the results:
(Results are shown for demonstration purposes and it is not known if they are possible in reality😆)
      crew A 115 - 30 crew B
      crew C 40 - 75 crew D
      crew E 55 - 65 crew F
      crew G 36 - 72 crew H
      crew I 80 - 65 crew J
      crew K 60 - 60 crew L
      crew M 45 - 70 crew N

Then the staff post the league table:
(The crews are not sorted based on goal difference here)
      Crew Pts
      A 3
      D 3
      F 3
      H 3
      I 3
      N 3
      K 1
      L 1
      J 0
      M 0
      G 0
      E 0
      C 0
      B 0
Then the teams are given 24 hours to rest before they have to post their line ups for the next round.

      Example over

So this is how the first 5 rounds will go. After the 5th round finishes, the staff will post the final league table of the crews. After this, the crews will get 3 weeks to rest before the next phase starts.

      2: league phase
The league phase will have only 2 rounds. There will only be 1 league used: club stars league.

The league creation settings, and the rules (training, data analyst etc) will be exactly the same as the first round. Teams will be given 24 hours to post their line up, which will consist of 5 players. They will do this just like the first round. After this, the staff will announce which crews are creating the leagues. There will be 10 club stars leagues created, each with 15 players from different crews, and there will be one team left, which will be managed by CPU. This way, each of the 5 players from every crew will be in a league. For each win, players will five their crew 0.1 points, for each draw, 0.01 points, and nothing for a draw. Staff will post the updated crew league table every 10 matchdays until the end. When the first round finishes, crews will have a 1 week break before posting line up for next round. The procedure of this round is exactly the same as first, and when this round finishes, at last, the winner of ICCL is announced!!!

      Conclusion:
Different awards are given, as well as prizes for the winners and top performers, including (hopefully) BC and automatic entry to other tournaments. These things aren’t decided yet because ICCL isn’t official yet!

      Sanctions and general:
The things which haven’t been mentioned yet are the sanctions and general rules:

      • If the league is created incorrectly, the creating group will receive a -10 point penalty and must recreate the league on the day that the incorrect league can be resigned from.

-If the creating moderator does not invite the rival, their group will receive -5 points for each uninvited manager, if the incident is resolved within 4 hours of the league being created. This penalty will be multiplied by 2 for each hour that passes until the invitation is sent (if the invitation is sent late, it is recommended to take a screenshot when the invitation has been sent).

-Selecting a team that is not yours will result in a -15 point penalty if it is a team belonging to a rival.(only in the first round). (For example, a member selects a blue team when he should have chosen red). The players should resign as soon as possible and the league should be recreated.

-if a manager resigns from his team, he will be removed from the registered players and is banned from the tournament for 5 seasons. He can be replaced by another manager who is specially allowed to be registered.

      • The league moderator cannot expel any inactive manager unless told by the staff. If he does, his crew is given -15 points.

-Leaving the crew during the season= 10 season ban

      • In the case of any event that disrupts the competition or disadvantages some participants to the benefit of others, the organizers reserve the right to take appropriate action.

      • I remind all participants that failure to comply with the OSM Rules will result in immediate disqualification from the Tournament and the possibility of appropriate sanctions.

      • These rules include disruption of the competition through match-fixing and insulting or disqualifying other managers.

-It is the responsibility of each person to know the rules, and the responsibility of the captain to make sure they know the rules.

-academies can't play in the same league as the main crew.

-ALL OSM Terms have to be followed at all times.

-All terms violations should be reported accordingly via Cheat report system

-All forum rules must be respected

Thanks guys. Its great to see this support…

        @Miklax
        I’ll try to explain the 2nd phase…
Crews are given 24 hours to post their line up (5 players).
Crews are given 25 hours to create the leagues.
The procedure of posting the line up, and the rules and settings are the same as the first round.
        1 league= 30 crews. So 5 managers from 30 crews.
10 club star leagues are created by 10 crews. 15 managers from different crews join it. 1 place is left and controlled by computer.
This way, all managers are in a league.
These are the points managers award to their crews:
        Win=0.1 point
        Draw= 0.01 point
        Loss=0 points
The staff post the updated league table every 10 days.
After the first round is over, a 1 week break is given, then the second round starts, exactly the same as the first one.
After that, the winner of ICCL is announced.

            @Miklax
Club stars league is a league from the special section when you choose a team.
150 managers will be registered. 1 club stars league has 16 places, with 1 place managed by computer.
So 10 club stars league = 160 clubs. -10 clubs that will be managed by computer. So for 150 managers, 10 club stars leagues will have to be created.

ICCL: INTERNATIONAL CREW CHAMPIONS LEAGUE [update]
                  IMG_0649.jpeg

                  Hi everyone!
I hope you're all doing well! I’m excited to share a fresh update on the International Crew Champions League (ICCL) — a project I’ve been refining over the past few months. Here's a quick look at what’s been happening behind the scenes and what’s coming next.

                  🛠️ What’s Been Going On?

                  • Improving the Format: I’ve been tweaking the original structure to make the tournament smoother, more balanced, and even more enjoyable. (you’ll see as you read on)
                  • Upgrading Registration: A better registration system is in the works to make things easier for crews and players.
                  • Building a Team: (its a big tournament, it’ll be hard work. I’ll need someone to help😅). @Hokage_ has offered support, i thank him greatly. He is very active in the hispanic community (though you might not see it on forums) and is offering tips and helping to spread word about the tournament.

                  📌 What’s Next?

                  • Registration Form: I’m currently working on a form to simplify crew sign-ups. (More details will be shared as you read on.)
                  • Spreading the Word: Spreading the word around so that the tournament becomes, by using our full ability, at least something that everyone has heard of.
                  • Planning Season 1: Working out when the first season will take place. I’m finalizing the timeline, including when registration opens, how long it stays open, and when the first matches kick off.

🎯 Main goals in first season:
ICCL is a tournament that is very unique, different from your usual OSM tournaments. Training, and the transfer market, which are 2 core things when we usually play the game, are disabled. This adds a unique twist and an exciting challenge for all players. It’s a refreshing challenge that levels the playing field and brings out the best in every manager.
Our main goals for Season 1:

                  • Run the tournament smoothly and professionally.
                  • Keep scores and standings updated consistently.
                  • Ensure fair play and strict rule enforcement.
                  • Create a fun, competitive, and respectful environment for all crews.
                    And above all, to enjoy!

Lets take a quick recap of the rules: (note: if you haven’t read the previous post, please read it, it will help you understand this next section better. https://forum.onlinesoccermanager.com/post/1291565)

                  REGISTRATION ✉️

The thing is, before, you could only register via pm or forum. You can still do that now, but the main way will be google forms.

                  What

:When registering, the crew name📝, and at least 5 players from the crew MUST be registered. 5 is the minimum, you may register however many members you want (keeping in mind that not all of them may get a chance to play). Ensure the accuracy of the crew and player names.

If a certain member from his crew, or his/her full crew need to be conveyed a message📄 from the staff, it will be his responsibility to do so (the staff will send him the message, and it will his job to send/say it to whoever it is for). If there is a mistake in creating the league, or any rules are broken, or there are any sanctions to be given out to anyone from his/her crew, or even the whole crew, he will be the one who will be contacted. Make sure this person is reliable for all the above mentioned things under this point. In short, Each crew must designate a captain ©️ responsible for ensuring all members understand the rules and for communication with the staff.
Extremely important note: the captain will be contacted via a private message either on the forum or in the game. It is extremely important that the captain keeps an eye out for a message here, because if he doesn’t reply, it will put the crew into more problems.

                  Where🤷‍♂️

The players you register from the tournament for your crew is known as your crew’s roster.

                  How to Register:

                  • Forum: Register your crew here on the forum.
                  • In-Game Chat: Send a message to any of the tournament staff.
                  • Forms: Register your crew through the google form that will be made.

How to register through private message or forum:
When registering your crew’s roster (both on the forum or the in game chat), first type your crew name, then all the player’s names. Those who can create a league, add an “L” IN BRACKETS next to their name. The person who is the captain, add a “C” IN BRACKETS next to their name.
ADD THE FLAG OF THE NATIONALITY OF THE CREW NEXT TO THE CREW NAME, and THE SAME with the players.
                  For example:
                  Crew name: Crew A 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿
                  Players:
                  Player A🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿
                  Player B🇦🇷
                  Player C (C) (L)🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿
                  Player D🇪🇸
                  Player E (L)🇵🇹
                  Player F🇧🇷
                  Player G🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿
                  Player H🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿

                  Extremely important note:
How to define the nationality of a player? The country that a player lives in will be considered his nationality. For example, on my profile, the flag is of Pakistan. On my avatar, the flag is of Saudi Arabia. However, as i live in England, the flag next to my name will be of England.
How to define the Nationality of the crew? An easy way to understand this is that if an Italian crew registers, most Italian crews have only/ mostly Italian players. So the nationality of the crew is Italian. Most crews from the Hispanic community have a mix of players from Spanish countries. If this is the case, then you can just write “hispanic crew” next to the crew name. And the same if a crew has players from different Arab countries, you can write “Arab crew” next to the crew name. If a crew has players from all over the world, and no specific region, write “international” instead of putting a flag.
This is all done so that it is easier for us to define the time zones.

How to register through the form
When the form is complete and registration starts, i will share the link of the form.
The crew name, and nationality will be put first.
After that, first, there is space to register your captain.
Then 23 more places to register your other players (you dont have to register your full crew, just however many players you want. Register your league creators first, then your other players.

Want to participate in the tournament but actually don’t have a league creator? Contact me, i’ll see if anything can be sorted out.

                  FORMAT📨

Note: the main language of the tournament will be English. Apart from that, based on needs and ability, there can be other languages used, like spanish if the tournament really grows in the Hispanic community.

                  Crew Pts
                  A 0
                  B 0
                  C 0
                  D 0
                  E 0
                  F 0
                  G 0
                  H 0
                  I 0
                  J 0
                  K 0
                  L 0
                  M 0
                  N 0

In the actual tournament, before i said there would be 30 teams in a league. Now there will be 32. (In all the leagues, from the first downwards)? I will explain why in the second phase.

🎯 Why 32 Crews? The Numbers Behind the Magic
As we prepare for the first-ever season of the International Crew Champions League (ICCL), every detail matters — especially when it comes to structure and fairness. Here's the maths, explained in a way that’s easy for everyone to understand:
                  Let’s do some simple math:

                  • Each crew registers 5 players.
                  • With 30 crews, that gives us 150 players.
                  • In the second phase of ICCL, we use the Club Stars League, which has 16 teams per league.
                  • If we select 10 league creators, they will each create one Club Stars League — giving us:10 leagues × 16 teams = 160 team slots
                    Now here’s the twist:
With only 150 players, we’d have 10 empty slots, which would be filled by CPU managers. While that’s okay, we wanted to make the experience fully player-driven.
So, by increasing the number of crews to 32, we add:
                    2 more crews × 5 players = 10 additional players
That brings us to a perfect total of 160 players — exactly matching the number of available teams. This means:
✅ Every team will be managed by a real player
                    ✅ No CPU involvement
✅ A more competitive and immersive experience for everyone

This elegant solution was also inspired by a helpful tip from @Hokage_ . Huge thanks to him for the insight!🙌
                  ⸻

Even in the club stars league, we will tell according to the draw, which team EVERY player will take in all the ten leagues. Failure to comply with this rule will cost your crew a lot.

For each win, players will give their crew 0.1 points, for each draw, 0.01 points, and nothing for a loss.

There is a full possible schedule for an ending ceremony. No, of course i’m not sharing that here😈.

Quick recap of Sanctions and general:

-the sanction if any manager has a player that is over the average rating, the crew will be penalised -5 points.
For example, in the battle league, if one of my players was 75 rated, and then you see him 76 rated, i get -5 points for my crew (in the league). Every rating above the normal rating results in -5 points. Crews have to be aware and careful about this matter. The staff will note the ratings of the players of the red and blue battle teams and the teams in the club stars league, so that they know the original rating of all the players

                  Some questions and answers🎙️:

What if a registered player leaves the crew mid-season?
He is penalised with a ten season ban, and the crew is allowed to register another player in their roster to replace him.

                  How are matchups decided?
A draw will be made to match the crews for the 5 rounds of the first phase, and to match players to the leagues in the second phase.

What are the exact league settings for battles?
These will be shared some time before the league creators have to create the league😁

Can we use screenshots as proof?
If you see a player cheating (in the tournament, not in osm in general), then yes, you are allowed to post a screenshot with proof and explain the situation. The staff will take it from there.

What happens if a player doesn’t join the league?
If a player receives the invite and joins late, or doesn’t join without a valid reason, he is costing the crew. Every time the team he was supposed to manage loses, it will contribute towards his crew as a loss.

What if a registered player actually faces an emergency or a situation where he goes inactive in the middle of the league, or he actually can’t play the game?
In a situation like this, if he goes inactive during the league, all his results will not contribute towards the crew, and the crew is allowed to register another player in place of him👍.

Will there be divisions or tiers?
For the first season, we are only opening maximum 2 leagues, so 64 crews. After that, if the tournament starts growing, then there will be the highest league, then leagues underneath that based on however many crews join. When a new season will start, promotion and relegation will take place based on the results of last season.

Will ICCL become an official tournament?
Well, if by “official tournament”, it is meant whether it will be approved/liked by the staff/moderators, then we will have to wait and let one season run before we see what their thoughts are.

                  Are there prizes for winners?
                  Yes, of course.

Will there be awards for top performers?
                  Yes.

Is there a Hall of Fame?
We will see how it works, but i am hoping.

Who do I contact if I have a problem?
If you want to ask a question you should do it here on the forum, but you can also contact me via private message, and i will also share the tournament’s official e-mail when the first season starts, you can also contact us through that.

Is there/ will there be a forum thread for ICCL?
Not yet, hopefully after one season runs and the tournament is approved by the moderators/officials of osm.

How do I report cheating or rule violations of ICCL?
Post a screenshot on the forum, or contact me or other staff (currently just @Hokage_ ), and later also contact via e mail.

What if I don’t understand the rules?
Ask me here on the forum, i will explain!

Can I ask questions in my own language?
I can only speak English. If you want to do that, contact me via private message on the forum or the game. I will use translator to talk to you.

                  🧠 General Curiosity
                  Why was ICCL created?
ICCL was created so that all managers could compete in a fair environment that would be a bit unique to the way we usually play the game too.

                  Is ICCL suitable for beginners?
Yes! It is suitable for beginners to veterans alike.

Will ICCL be hosted every year?
                  We will try!

Will match highlights or recaps be posted?
We will see. At the end of the season maybe.

Can I help organize or moderate ICCL?
Yes! If anyone can help in any way, i would be very glad! Just contact me.

Will there be feedback forms after the season?
                  Yes, most probably.

I truly hope this concept sparks your interest and brings a sense of excitement. If you like the idea, please consider upvoting and sharing your thoughts — your feedback and encouragement are what will bring this tournament to life!
Yes, it’s true — ICCL takes a different approach. With no transfers or training, it might seem like there’s “less to do,” but that’s exactly what makes it special. It’s a refreshing challenge that puts the spotlight on tactics, teamwork, and pure footballing strategy. It’s a new way to experience the game we all love.
Thank you for taking the time to read through this. As we prepare to launch the very first season of the International Crew Champions League, I’m filled with optimism and excitement. This isn’t just a tournament — it’s a chance to bring together passionate managers from all over the world, united by a shared love for the game.
Your support is the heartbeat of this project. With your help, we can build something meaningful, something memorable — something that brings people together. Let’s make this a tournament to remember. 🌍🏆
“Coming together is a beginning, staying together is progress, and working together is success.” – Henry Ford
So, I kindly ask for your support and encouragement as we take this first step. Let’s compete, connect, and enjoy every moment of it.
If you have any questions, now’s the perfect time to ask!
Once again, this is still just an idea — but with your belief and enthusiasm, it can become something truly great.
Wishing you all the best, wherever you are in the world.
