i m bigginer and i pleaced other league. i must wait until this league and or i can create right now my own league ?

Hi, welcome.
At this point you can't create a league because your in a league already.
You can either resign after your first match and then create your own league or play in your current league untill your slot 2 is becomes free and use that slot to create your own league.Already some information how to create the league.
You go to the country that you want to play in and there you will find the option to create your own league.
