I was demoted from professional to debutant ..probably a glitch but it remains the same,tried reopening,nothing works.Help in need.

firstly the division feature is still in the testing phase. As the announcement on my android (25th September) says and I rely on this announcement it means that there is no mistake.
if there is a mistake then changes are possible in the future and possible bugs will be fixed.
