Hi, thanks for your answer..I lost 1-0 last night. But once again no medals lost or won ... And those for 4 days, so the last ones from the previous championship as well as the medals for the end of the battle championship .. It starts to do a lot ...What to do ?

@timilic7 Well, I'm not really sure if you want to see the medals you got (lost) on last battle match:
It's working correctly and you've been getting the rewards.

good evening, thank you for your answer .. then I go through the application and only in the battle I never have the medals. more or less ... and that from the beginning ... and above all even I do not see them, but they never enter my total of medals. Notament my battle won last week ... this evening I went through the Web version after my draw is there everything works .. I have my count and it adds to my total ... , when he's still a beginner with less than 1000 games played, if you only thought one thing before the divisions relaunch. divisions, this nonsense ranking would not have happened, just doing the thing I proposed days ago would have put a lot of things right, +10 bonus for the games played would be the ideal solution, let's imagine a manager with 1000 games played in his career 1000 games + 10 bonuses per game - 1000 * 10 = 10,000 medals,
instead one with 9000 games played with the bonus of +10 medals per game, 9000 * 10 = 90000 medals, you must have a consideration for those who have played for a long time -

@timilic7 Total of medals changes only after you 'check' results on that specific device. So if you check results on Web, but not on app, they will be different. Even if you check on web and on another device, totals will be different until you check same slots on both devices!

I check several times a day is the result is never the same it is a problem.I know the game... Number on application and web is different.. Why??
And I win or I loose medals on battle only with the web version.. It s another problem.

@timilic7 The difference you've is in fact the Medals you won on the battle.
This is something on your end
Do you've latest OSM version (V3.5.5.2 or V3.5.6.1 - set live today for 50% of our users)?
Have you tried to clear App data on phone settings? -

No it is wrong. Why not admit that the game has a problem and that it was nothing to do with itI opened my 4 accounts with the app and the Web version on purpose before taking the screenshots at 7:30 p.m., my battle is played after 11 p.m.
You can see that I do not have the same number of medals.
And I tell you, despite what you claim that I did not have my final championship medals after my last battle ended and won. Whatever you say .. And I have all the possible updates.

Don't you think that if this was an OSM problem we would have way more than one user complaining? I'm trying to explain to you that this is a local issue and helping you on solving it... Instead of follow my advises you're just ignoring what I say and say that it's a flaw on OSM... Well, there's nothing I can do if you don't do what you're asked to
.I guess that these screens from my account are enough to prove to you that it's working both on Web and Android
If you still want to try what's wrong with your device and why it doesn't work for you, follow these steps:
- Force close App (not minimise, close it)
- go to Android settings, storage, search for OSM and clear data
- Open OSM and cycle your 4 slots logging on all of them
- It may happen that Medals doesn't show, if that's the case, force close app and open it again and cycle again the 4 slots
