Does the fact of having a stable squad (transfers only of low-performing players) increase the collective efficiency of the team over time by creating "automatisms" between the players for example? On the contrary, does changing players very often harm the collective efficiency of the team, because one or more players are new and must have time to adapt with their teammates? Thank you for your help and advice!

@alexben64 Playing this game for 15+years and never thought about that. But transfers and upgrading your team by making them as fast as possible is surelly one of key to success in this game. No tactics or collective efficiency/stabillity can help you if the opponent has far superior team.
