Well, CAP have too many academies really. I wonder that would the top members need to become boss of the academy crews? Because of this they would play in their academy crews. I don't know how they run such a good system.

Thanks. No, we don't have too many and top members are certainly not boss or playing at academy crews. They all play at the highest level.
The key is to manage it, delegate tasks to the right persons and actively communicate with each other. That's really the strength of CAP, together with a good set of rules and a clear promotion scheme.

And since I'm already promoting CAP and we are 1 place closer to the top, might as well post the recruitment promotion again

It doesn't matter if you don't have a game slot open now, but you have to reserve it for crew battles and crew league later after your game is completed.
