I have a question about OSM. In the past, many players claimed that there was a nationality bonus when you had several players of the same nationality in one team (some kind of chemistry or teamwork boost).
Could you please clarify:
• Does a nationality bonus still exist in OSM?
• Is it officially confirmed or based on player experience?
• If it does exist, how does it work in the current version of the game?
• How many players of the same nationality are required in the starting lineup for this bonus to apply (if any)? -

Yes, the nationality bonus does exist in OSM and has been for several years now. You need to have 6 players with the same nationality in your starting line-up to receive the bonus. Your team will then get around a 25% boost in their performance for the upcoming match.

@FC-Eddie_NL 25% Is it so high? Does it mean it is equivalent to a training camp? If my standard overall value is 100, what is then in case of nationality?

@stainz78 Exactly, i thought it’d be like maybe 5-10% bonus, if it really is that high i have to admit my recent results have been horrible with brazil in the national winners league…
@FC-Eddie_NL this brings to mind what is the bonus you get for having all players in the correct position? -
Once an OSM notification arrived saying that it was 2%, similar to 1 star in the stadium.
Same applies to specific position bonus.
As far as I know, then Eddie could double check please.

Not 100% sure on the 25% increase. I thought they mentioned that sometime, but could have been for something else. There are so many of these little bonuses nowdays that it's hard to keep remembering them if they do mention what the bonus is. They don't always share these kind of info, because they want users to try to find it out for themselfs.

As Eddie mentioned we don't disclose these values. Idea is for users to try out and try to find out the impact by themselves.From the support perspective, I'll answer you guys that there's in fact aNationality bonus that's activated when you've 6 players same Nationality (and no PT + BR or ES + CH + CL + MX + .. are not same nationality, it's not language bonus)
Bonus amount, we won't disclose, but let's pick the number Eddie provided 25 (not 25%)... Imagine something like:
- Squad strength= Goal keeping + Defense + Mid + Attack + LineUpbonus + Nationality + Stadium + TC + ST + .......
- Using random values, it will be something like: 100 + 400 + 450 + 300 + 20 + 25 + 10 + 50 + 5 + ........
