Error when changing mail address

Are you trying to change it on App (ios/And) or Web?
You just set new e-mail and you got the error immediately? Which language are you playing in?

I can't reproduce this error. All works fine when I change my mail address.
Are you guys trying it using your own IP or on a VPN/public IP? These kind of situations may occur when IPs are banned by cloudflare.
Can you try on a different place? Or wait some time and try later, because these bans tend to be temporary.

hi i can’t change my email address on my account, when i try to change it comes up with error code and says email the issue. Also cant log in on the app, it also comes with error code

@SpecialOne Sorry for using this topic. The Italian web version hasn't been working since this morning. The login window doesn't even appear, nor anything else. To access from the web we have to use the English version. Will it be fixed or are we forced to access through the app?

We found out something that was causing issues with some users and it was fixed already.
We also found out that in some situations users may get a pop up stating that request has expired. If you get this, please check your mail because it was changed despite the warning (we're fixing this also, but since it's not that severe, it will take a bit more time to fix)
