Is it possible to switch servers if you play on the app on android?
By day: professional osm player (former member & admin of gns crew, now member of ufn), and professional 3rd half player
By night: worker in the osm xi research department of the soccer/football research department of the sports research department of the supa top secret un detectable un destroyable research centre. -

Nope. I don't believe it has ever been possible to switch servers on the OSM app. That was a thing for the webversion.

I know that you can do it on apple devices.

Err, i mean, the main servers, world and NLAh, oké. I was a bit wondering whether you meant league servers or region servers. But the way you described it I thought you meant league server.
On Android it works different than on iOS. You can only switch the region on the login page of the OSM app. There you should see the region flag. If you are logged into the account autmaticaly, you will have to disable the social connection you have set up for your account. (log out of Google Play account or Facebook account)
