If opponent sent scout for same player as long as he will not check scout and will not bought that Player (always have 30 minutes after check result of scout to buy that Player) and after that (if you will not buy players) disapear and can be scouted by another user in your league. Very long time ago when you scout player and didnt buy him he apppear in transfer list and can be bought by anybody in your league.
