This matter has been reported and I believe this player's Nationality (Bissau-Guinean) , which was missing , has now been added on the Scout's list of Countries ( Guinea Bissau )

Are you sure he is not already in your competition? If another team has bought him, you cannot also have him.
According to the list, you need to pick Midfielder, 80-89, young, German nationality, Bundesliga/Germany, and possibly attacking mindset.
Keep in mind that there might be multiple players who fit these criteria.
Also keep in mind that players can increase in rating during the season, even when not in the competition. Try the 90+ setting if you still don't get him.

Hello mate....the more you train the same player, all over again, the less progress he gets...so i would suggest rotation on the best players of your team...

Hello mate, you can scout any player that is not playing on your current league, at the moment....any player that is not part of a team in your league...i hope it's clear...

Hello & welcome to the OSM & World forum 🙂

You have to find from your menu the Board Room.
And from that page , look at the right bottom corner of your screen. You will find the word Resign. Click on it and you will leave from your club.

⚠ Mind you though, if you decide to resign from your club there is no turning back in there , so you have to be 100% sure about it!

Mate, everyone can have his opinion....but because you can not win games, using your "old" tactics, doesn't mean it's something wrong with the game....all you had to do was to ...adjust....adjust with the new rules, try to find some new tactics, follow the new gameplay and proceed...why don;t you make a try on that direction....
