OSM: The game

Personally I'm a big fan of friendlies. They help me lots to get a general feeling , an idea of how effective my settings will be . Plus I get a few extra training for some of my first 11 line up's players. 😄
But yeah , just like our mate Jeff @jeffro-davies mentioned here , I tend to play these friendlies close before the simulation time.

I'd like to inform you about the reply I got concerning the two Crew names that look similar .

I am sorry if it sounds bad from me ( please don't shoot the messenger 😅 ) but the most important thing is that there’s no bug involved in this case my friend.
Although both crew names may look almost identical, the fact remains that for the OSM's system are 100% different and valid, because the new Crew actually used an extra gap between the RO and MANIA words. Of course every Crew Leader is now able to make changes on his crew name. So from now on it’s really up to you guys .
I mean both of you Crew Leaders, to communicate with each other and if this similarity still bothers you that much you could have a polite dialogue about it and possibly reach a gentlemen's agreement for one of you to change a bit the final crew name.

@dardar_3 In short it's not sustainable not to purchase boss coins to do all these things every season so inevitably if you want to play the game without spending money you have to accept you're going to be decently handicapped compared to players who buy boss coins. The system was setup this way to make more people spend money the amount of boss coins you get every season you finish is not enough but i suppose it is a fun challenge to try and win a league with handicaps. I still resent osm for changing the game into a tacky p2w mobile game but what can you do i just try and enjoy the game despite it's flaws and p2w features.

Usual stuff, every league happens to me at least twice. I even managed to lost couple time against teams that had 1 or 2 shots against me. My Premier League that finished couple days ago, I lost on goal difference because I played 2 0-0 draws against PC team. Of course in every game I had like 10 shots more on target.

Do you use the app or the website? It may be because you are on the wrong version of OSM. There is a Dutch version, or so I believe. You want to be on the English version.

I do have a question for you though ...

If a player of your squad performs great or scores goals and generally receives high ratings , would you consider of placing him on the TL for sale that easy ?

😄 that actually originated the topic...on the process of buying players to sell, sometimes I buy players that might come in handy for situational games, for team's rotation (I tend to have a small squad to max sales' profit, at least at the start of the season), and then i wondered, would they sell faster if they get a nice performance 🙂

About your last reply, that makes sense, thank you for the notes 🙂 I don't have enough "data" of my own to make a statement on that but if I find something new I'll let you know, but as @Sabit-Mamedov says I agree that the major factor is team's performance
