Hi, This is by design. When a user downvotes other users post they lose one reputation for that. So 1 downvote = -1 reputation for the downvoter!

Hey guys, We should always create a new topic for different issues. Downvotes like upvotes is a system to show that you support what someone has posted or not. But some users tend to abuse this system by downvoting posts not because they support or agree with what was posted but because they just don't like the poster or they just downvote for downvoting sakes. So there is a limitation as to who can see who downvotes post (in this case only staff members). While regular users may start a downvote war, swearing, insults, offensive comments, etc... if they know who downvotes their posts, Staff members can take control of the situation and put a hold on that particular user if necessary (when it becomes clear a particular user is misusing the downvote tool) and minimise any issues on the forum space.

@alainguillon Buying or selling players isn't cheating...every manager do the same every day....it has to be more than that for cheating...but you have the option to go to his profile and use the cheat option and report it....

@Lakshay-Ahluwalia Hello mate...as it's said above, if a player is not on a team of your league, you can scout him and if the scout brings him back, you can buy it....

First of all I would like to thank you for all the time and work you had to put this idea forward, but I'm afraid we'll have to reject it. We can never talk about reinstate something that never existed! We never had any Balkan community... We had long ago several of those languages available as well as forums. What we had back then was grouped the management of those versions in just one leader. But as you all know and proved it recently (https://forum.onlinesoccermanager.com/topic/47259/authorized-balkan-winter-cup-individual-championship-of-balkan/178), this won't work. While some of you may have enough maturity, you can't talk by all managers and every day we spot examples that it won't work. The simple fact that we set a competition with some of the countries talked in here, just woke up some of those users. Recently there have been tons of posts with insults on OSM community group, on every post where one of the nations is involved! The oldest ones around here remember for sure the number of attempts made and solutions tried to keep the communities around, but it just didn't work. Beside all this, none of the communities has the minimum numbers at this time required to consider to implement them individually! Again, I would like to thank you for your time on preparing this proposal!
