    -I suspect someone is cheating, how can I be sure?

    We often get questions about what's considered cheating and what's not. Managers reporting users just because they managed to build a really good squad, because they beat them while their squad is better or even report managers because they don't lose a match.

    As you can imagine this creates an huge delay and unnecessary workload having to check all those ticket/reports.

    Let's try to reduce this, by explaining when managers are breaking OSM Terms and when they should be reported.

    There are mainly 3 situations where it's easy for users to spot when a manager is breaking OSM Terms:

    Illegal transfers To be reported under Illegal Transfers

    Doing transfers between 2 or more teams (managed by humans) where one of them is clearly the benefited with those transfers Buying weak players that don't improve your squad by huge amounts without a clear reason for it (don't have enough players to line due to injuries or suspension) Buying strong players that will improve your squad by really low values without having a clear benefit to seller

    Collusion **

    A single user controlling several teams or a group of users playing as a group to 'assure' that a specific team will win the league by setting losing tactics, weak line ups, players on wrong positions and/or play with strongest line up and camping their rivals

    Offensive language

    Offensive names, league names, profiles, insults via PMs, Crew Names.....etc

    Hi there,

    If you haven't logged in to that account for a period of 3 years straight, then it has been deleted permanently from the database. This is in regulation with the privacy laws. It is then impossible to get that account back, so you will have to play OSM with this newly created account.

    You can change clubslots using the career page by clicking on your managername in the top right. There you will get a dropdown menu to navigate to the career page.

    Hi there,

    If the pack you purchased contains Bosscoins you should be able to claim them through the career page. If the packs contains other items, like the Club Funds, Training Progression or Player Pack, then you will find them in your inventory (the blue-yellow OSM bag).

    If that's not the case, then first double check if your payment hasn't been reversed. Some banks and creditcompanies reverse the payment if something went wrong. Otherwise you will have to contact our customer support through the below link. They can verify if payment was made succesfully.

    Then click on 'submit a request' and choose the option 'OSM' from the dropdown menu to fill in the contact sheet. Make sure to provide proof of payment. Depending on how busy it is, it might take several days before you receive a reply. So be patient until you receive a reply.

    Hi there,

    When players get close to their actual player value (around 1.2x of their value) they will be removed from the transferlist. And yes, it can happen that the player will be placed on the transferlist again after that. That's simply the nature of the game. Wait too long and it's possible that a player will be removed or that another manager in your league buys that player.

    You can always try to sell Guirassy to buy David or sell other players to buy him.

    Depending on what you purchased, it can be delivered in a different way. Bosscoins are added to your account automatically or can be claimed through the career page. Other items, such as the Club Funds, Training Progression or Player Packs will be placed in your inventory (the blue-yellow OSM bag).

    Hi there,

    Interest is added on Savings and not on your club balance like the fixed income is. So if your Club Funds is in Savings during match simulation, then after simulation has ended the amount of Club Funds that are in Savings should be that of the previous amount combined with the 2% interest.

    Somewhere around 1.20xvalue is when he disappears, thats the minimum the players go from bots. 69x1.2=82,8M - probably his next dropwas under that value and thats why he is gone.

    According to the data you completed the African Boss achievement in May 2021. Rewards from achievements can only be claimed once, so you received the Bosscoins back then.
