    We've no way to find out which account you had before. If your last login on OSM was more than 3 years ago, account was permanently deleted and it's not possible to recover. Same, if you deleted accunt or account was locked due to breach of OSM terms. If any of the above happened, turning off gamecentre and/or reinstall App should do the trick and you can start OSM again. Then you can log on this account by selecting the login option

    @Asylbek-Amanbaev Hi there, There are two ways to check if there are issues with the transferengine:, you can check the transfervalue of players that are added to the transferlist by the engine. Their value should drop a little bit each time the engine comes around (9 times a day). If the value drops, then there are no issues with the transferengine. Check if other managers in your league are selling players. If they do, then there is no issue with the transferengine. I see that other managers in your league are selling players, so there is no issue with the transferengine.

    @preekindexPUNTnl_NL Hi there, Are you sure there wasn't already a player on the transferlist? If you can really not put more than 3 players on the transferlist, then we need some screenshots of your full squad and a screenshot of the error message. Date and time needs to be visible in the screenshots. This is not the first time someone mentions these 'ghost' players. Feyenoord has bought Casper Tengstedt earlier in this summer transferperiod. As to why you suddenly get that player in your team, I don't know

    @mazzullipietro Hi there, When you purchase a pack from the OSM Store that contains items (Club Funds, Training Progression or Player Packs), they will be added to your inventory. This is the blue-yellow OSM bag that is located on the top of the screen. So check if the Club Funds have been added to your inventory. If not, then you will have to contact our customer support. They can verify if payment went through and give you the items if necessary. You can find them through the below link. https://support.onlinesoccermanager.com/hc/en-us Then click on 'submit a request' and choose the option 'OSM' from the dropdown menu to fill in the contact form. Add proof of payment to speed up the process. Depending on how busy it is, it might take a couple of days before you receive a reply.

    @the-new-capello_NL Hi there The league tab you can switch to after you have selected a country only shows leagues that have all settings on. This has always been the case. So if you don't see a league with only 1 or 2 managers in it, then they simply aren't there at the moment in that format. With summer holiday almost over, it could be that more managers are coming back from a break.

    @aaa_66967 Hi there, In compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation OSM will have to permanentaly remove accounts from the database that have been inactive for a period of three years straight. So if the last time you logged in to your account has been over three years ago, then that account is gone forever and can't be restored. If you are unsure when it was the last time you logged into your old account, then it's best to contact our customer support. They can verify if account still excists or not.
