If Bosscoins purchased from Packs in the OSM Store aren't added to your account inmediately, then you should be able to claim them through the career page. If that doesn't work and you still haven't received them, then you will have to contact our customer support through the below link.

Then click on 'submit a request' and choose the option 'OSM' from the dropdown menu to fill in the contact sheet. Make sure to provide proof of payment. Depending on how busy it is, it might take several days before you receive a reply.
