    @Pau1o-Afonso Hi there, I'm not entirely sure I follow, but the Universal Trainer only activates when you click/tap on the Bosscoins icon and spend the 25 Bosscoins for it. It won't activate on it's own. Perhaps you have accidentaly activate it. It's on the left side of all the normal trainers, so it's easy to click/tap on the wrong trainer.

    @Mateusz-Kamieñ-Kamionka Hi there, There is no scheduled maintenance planned. If the webversion doesn't load properly, then that can usually fixed by refreshing the browser. If that doesn't help, then remove cookies and cache of the browser. As for the app issues: what error message do you get?

    @Lollipopp Hi there, Removing other users from a league can only be done if the following two criteria have been met: The league needs to have a human league moderator. This is a OSM user that created the league or continued it to another season by paying the required Bosscoins. This user also needs to be part of that league (if the league moderator resigned, then there is no longer a league moderator). Only the league moderator can remove someone from a league. The user that needs to be removed has to be inactive for a period of at least 72 hours. If either of these two criteria haven't been met, then it's not possible to remove that user from the league.

    Good morning, yesterday for 12 hours or maybe more, I was getting Error 100-1000, which prevented me from logging into the game. I tried restarting the game and clearing the cache, but nothing worked. This caused me to lose my match yesterday and therefore the league. Is there any way to fix this?

    This should be fixed. There were in fact some users that hadn't boss coin added. You can claim them all now!

    Welcome to OSM, recently I had 3 matches in short league (10 days league) where I lost 3 games 0:1 (shots were like this for me 14:4, 7:3, 11:6). Domination in every game in all aspets but simply no luck. Thats OSM nowadays sadly.

    @DIEGO-ANG Hi there, You can resign by going to the board. On the webversion this is located under the tab 'Club' and in the OSM app you will find it directly in the menu on the right side. Keep in mind that there are a few restrictions to resigning: You can't resign when the league is in pre-season You can't resign when you haven't played a match yet since you joined the league You can't resign when you play in a tournament. Once you are eliminated from the tournament you will be able to leave it.

    Possible fixes you can try: Clear the app cache (Android): Go to Settings → Apps → Online Soccer Manager → Storage → Tap “Clear Cache”. Check for updates: Make sure the game is updated to the latest version via the Google Play Store or App Store. Reinstall the game: Delete and reinstall the game. (Your progress won’t be lost if your account is connected.) Restart your device: Simple, but often effective. Try using a VPN: Sometimes Online Soccer Manager servers may have regional issues. Try connecting through a different country using a VPN. Check date and time settings: Go to Settings → Date & Time → Enable “Automatic”. Incorrect time settings can prevent connection to the servers.

    @Tenoro Hi there, Have you already checked if the payment has been reversed? With most payment options, your bank or credit card company will reverse a payment if it didn't went through. If that didn't happen and you still didn't received the Bosscoins, then you will have to contact our customer support. They will be able to verify if something went wrong and can add the Bosscoins to your account. You will find them through the below link https://support.onlinesoccermanager.com/hc/en-us From there you can click on 'submit a request' and choose 'OSM' from the first dropdown menu to fill in the contact form. Depending on how busy it is, it might take a few days before you receive a reply.
