    Subject: Unable to Access My Old OSM Account Linked to Facebook Hello OSM Support Team, I hope you’re doing well. I have an old OSM account under the name عبد العزيز يعكوبي, which I created in 2018 and linked to my Facebook account. Recently, I’ve been trying to log in through Facebook as usual, but it doesn’t work anymore. I’m unable to access my old account. As soon as I enter my Facebook account in the OSM login section and click “Log in,” the screen shows an error page instead of opening my account. Could you please check the status of my account and help me recover access to it? I can send you a screenshot of the error screen if needed. Thank you for your time and assistance. Best regards,

    @Dizzu28 Hi there, If an error occurs with buying a player with Bosscoins then the Bosscoins should be converted to Club Funds. That way you can buy the player again with the Club Funds. If Bosscoins weren't converted to Bosscoins then you should contact our customer support. They can check what went wrong.     @Cemil_Babanız Hi there, If you are playing on the webversion of OSM you should change the language to Turkish. That way the prices of the Packs should be listed in Turkish Lira. If you are using the OSM app then you can change the currency in your Apple Game Center account or your Google Play account.

    Make sure your app is updated and that your email is correctly linked to your OSM account. Check your spam folder for password reset emails. If nothing arrives, try logging in via browser or contact OSM support to verify your account status before your trip. Safe travels!
