    @S2ciMuaz Hi there, The reason for that is that you have a lot of higher rated players in your squad. I have checked your team and that of some other managers in your league and you all have a lot of players that are 90+ rated. It won't be easy to sell those players quickly. The more expensive the player get, the more difficult it will be to sell that player. However, players are getting sold in your league, so there is no issue with the transfer engine. For example: yourself and Real Madrid sold a player today. Liverpool also sold a number of players both today and yesterday. You could try to lower the price you are selling your players for or you can buy some cheaper players if you have the funds and sell those in the meantime.

    @beni15_7 Hi there, OSM NL and OSM World are two seperate versions of OSM, so an account created on World won't work on the Dutch version and vice versa. As for your account problem, you will have to contact our customer support at https://support.onlinesoccermanager.com/hc/en-us. They can help you out.

    @grzenio_7 Hi there, If you still haven't received the Bosscoins you purchased from the OSM Store, then you will have to contact our customer support. They can verify if payment went through. You can find our support through the below link. https://support.onlinesoccermanager.com/hc/en-us Then click on 'submit a request' and choose the option 'OSM' from the dropdown menu to fill in the contact form. Provide proof of payment to speed up the process. Depending on how busy it is, it might take a few days before you receive a reply.

    Hi guys, Just for those who didn't know yet: There was a big servermigration a couple of weeks back. While I haven't heard anything official about it, my guess is that that migration has caused a lot of issues with the server stability. The devs are looking into it, but it seems it's not so easy to fix it.

    @he-mostafa Hi there, If this is about your team in Egypt on your first managerslot, then it's because Egypt has an uneven amount of teams. That means that there is always one team that doesn't have a match. Now it was your team that had a 'rest day'.

    @beckerle73_NL Hi there, Players that have been sold to the engine by human managers can be put back on the transferlist or scout by the engine. This usually goes hand in hand with an increase in stats. Dimarco's base rating is 85 for defending. The 88-rated player is with the +3 of the In Form status. The 94-rated Dimarco has been put back on the transferlist/scout with an increase in stats plus the +3 of the In Form status.

    @JAY-ZO I'm sorry, but I don't have any more info about that. My guess is that the system tracks on what server you are playing and looks if both opponents have a certain timeframe set for the simulation time. Based on that it will try to come up with a plausible simulation time.

    @Miguel-Crippa Hi there, Unfortunately, there is not much you can do about that. With the way the matchmaking system is set up, it could take some time before a new opponent has been found. The only solution to this is that one crewmember in the battle group leaves the crew and joins it again. That way that user leaves the battle group. Once rejoined to the crew and the battle group, the matchmaking process will start over again. Perhaps then you find an opponent faster. If not, then there currently aren't any crews waiting for a new battle in your matchmaking range.

    @FC-Eddie_NL Hello friends. I have a question for you. Due to system instability and the postponement of matches yesterday, September 19th, we ended up losing a day of the 2020/2021 event. Will we have an extra day of the event because of this? I believe everyone would like this to happen. Since there was no simulation, we ended up not being able to take advantage of the event in the friendlies twice or three times. I'm Brazilian, personally, and I have four slots occupied: one is a battle slot, the other is an important championship for my group, and there are important tournaments taking place in our country. Many bought young players through the scout, hoping to play two or three friendlies during the event, but because of the system issue, this won't be possible. I think it's in everyone's interest for this to happen. Could you please give us an answer on this?
