    @gitanaCanastera77 Hi there, You probably had your club funds on Savings instead of your club balance. You can't use them if they are on Savings and instead will pay with extra Bosscoins if that option is active in your league. You can try asking for a refund at our OSM Support (https://support.onlinesoccermanager.com/hc/en-us)

    @flack99 Hi there, Transfers are for a large part pretty random. Sometimes you sell a couple of players pretty quickly and others times not so much. You can try playing a bit with the transfer value of your players, but otherwise there is not much that can be done about it in the current transfersystem.

    @Mattiap Ciao, se il tuo account è rimasto inattivo per alcuni anni è molto probabile che sia stato eliminato da GB. Recentemente hanno fatto pulizia di vecchi account inutilizzati.     @MarcusWöll Hi there, If your e-mail adress is still in use and is set to your OSM account, then you do not need to do anything. Once the option to login with username and password gets removed, then you can login by using the button to get a code through an e-mail. That message is there to remind everyone about this upcoming change. So you can just ignore it. The ads on the webversion are a known issue, but needs to be solved by the company of the ad player. They do work, but sometimes the video won't be played and after a few seconds the pop-up closes. The Bosscoin should be added to your account. I just tried it and I received a Bosscoin even though the video didn't play and the pop-up closed after a few seconds.

    @Thuram-Malta-Boys Hi there, If you already have an e-mail adress linked to your OSM account and that e-mail is still in use, then you don't need to change it/update it. That message is a reminder for all users that the login method of username and password is going to be removed soon. Those who do not have an active e-mail adress linked to their accounts, will have to set an active one up, otherwise they lose access to their account. If you do need to change it, then you will probably be able to change it now. There was an issue with it that should be fixed now.

    @SpecialOne Thanks for the explanation, I appreciate it and I understand it now And I think, maybe this topic or this ticket should be open for a few days so that other managers who have similar doubts could read it.     @Pau1o-Afonso Hi there, I'm not entirely sure I follow, but the Universal Trainer only activates when you click/tap on the Bosscoins icon and spend the 25 Bosscoins for it. It won't activate on it's own. Perhaps you have accidentaly activate it. It's on the left side of all the normal trainers, so it's easy to click/tap on the wrong trainer.

    @Mateusz-Kamieñ-Kamionka Hi there, There is no scheduled maintenance planned. If the webversion doesn't load properly, then that can usually fixed by refreshing the browser. If that doesn't help, then remove cookies and cache of the browser. As for the app issues: what error message do you get?

    @Lollipopp Hi there, Removing other users from a league can only be done if the following two criteria have been met: The league needs to have a human league moderator. This is a OSM user that created the league or continued it to another season by paying the required Bosscoins. This user also needs to be part of that league (if the league moderator resigned, then there is no longer a league moderator). Only the league moderator can remove someone from a league. The user that needs to be removed has to be inactive for a period of at least 72 hours. If either of these two criteria haven't been met, then it's not possible to remove that user from the league.

    Good morning, yesterday for 12 hours or maybe more, I was getting Error 100-1000, which prevented me from logging into the game. I tried restarting the game and clearing the cache, but nothing worked. This caused me to lose my match yesterday and therefore the league. Is there any way to fix this?
