    Hi there,

    If Bosscoins purchased from Packs in the OSM Store aren't added to your account inmediately, then you should be able to claim them through the career page. If that doesn't work and you still haven't received them, then you will have to contact our customer support through the below link.

    Then click on 'submit a request' and choose the option 'OSM' from the dropdown menu to fill in the contact sheet. Make sure to provide proof of payment. Depending on how busy it is, it might take several days before you receive a reply.

    This just means that there is some maintenance going on. You clubslot will be available again when maintenance is over.

    There is a new version of the app today ((v4.13.43) that should fix this issue. This is for the OSM app on iOS, so if you use Android you will have to give us more details of your issue.

    Hi there,

    This is normal. That page is there to just see what teams you are managing. You can click on a team to go directly to that clubslot. But if you aren't managing a team then clicking on it won't do anything.

    If you want to start manage a team on any of your free manager slots, then you need to go to the career page instead of going to your profile. The career page is located in that same drop down menu as your profile.

    These are some tasks that may need your attention. Things like putting players in your starting line-up or selecting players for specialist roles. If it's blank, then no tasks require your attention.

    Today a new version of the app (v4.13.43) has been rolled out that should fix this issue. It might take a few hours before the new update can be downloaded from the app store.

    Hi there,

    If you haven't logged in to that account for a period of 3 years straight, then it has been deleted permanently from the database. This is in regulation with the privacy laws. It is then impossible to get that account back, so you will have to play OSM with this newly created account.

    You can change clubslots using the career page by clicking on your managername in the top right. There you will get a dropdown menu to navigate to the career page.

    Hi there,

    If the pack you purchased contains Bosscoins you should be able to claim them through the career page. If the packs contains other items, like the Club Funds, Training Progression or Player Pack, then you will find them in your inventory (the blue-yellow OSM bag).

    If that's not the case, then first double check if your payment hasn't been reversed. Some banks and creditcompanies reverse the payment if something went wrong. Otherwise you will have to contact our customer support through the below link. They can verify if payment was made succesfully.
