    Hi there,

    If you are receiving the error message that user/password is incorrect, then it means you a trying to login on the wrong version of OSM. With OSM NL and OSM World we have two seperate versions that work independently of each other. You will have to change the region in order to login.

    On iOS you can change region by going to the settings of the OSM app through the settings of your phone. On Android you can change region on the login page of the OSM app.

    If you bought Bosscoins from the OSM Store but didn't received them inmediately, you should be able to claim them through the career page.

    If you bought a package with Club Funds then you can find them in your inventory (the blue-yellow OSM bag)

    Hi there,

    If you are refering to the Club Funds, then you can find them in your inventory. This is the yellow-blue OSM bag you can find at the top of your screen. Make sure you are the correct clubslot before using them, otherwise you spend them on the wrong team.

    Hi there,

    There are some requirements that needs to be met before the reward for inviting new users to OSM will be received.

    Q: Why didn't I receive Boss Coins ( BCs ) after inviting managers?

    A: To be able to get these rewards, following criteria have to be met:

    New user has to sign up via invitation link and on same session (if user installs app then closes it and later opens it and sign up, it won't work. That user will need to click the link again and only after the account has been created) Invited user has to create a new account and not joining league with an existing one. There's a maximum of 10 rewards, so all invites sent after that won't give any more rewards.

    If you follow those requirements you should get the reward. If for some reason you dont, then you can contact customer support through the below link.

    An e-mail can only belong to one account, even if that account has been disabled. You will have to contact our customer support to help you out with this. You can find our support through the below link.

    After that, click on 'submit a request' and choose the option 'OSM' to fill in the contact sheet. Make sure to provide the manager names of both you current account and the account that you disabled.

    Hi there,

    This sounds like you have your Club Funds added to the Savings to collect interest. You can't use them if they are on Savings, so you have to transfer them back to your balance in order to buy players with those Club Funds.

    some problems for me, for ex player max value is 36M and i sell him for 20M, 4-5 days have passed and I still haven't managed to sell the player and the prices in the market are high enough..

    Hi,

    Did you had other account logged on that device before? If so, please contact support providing old account manager name. This way account link with device can be removed.

    If you never had an account before, make sure you're logging on correct version.

    If none of the above, please contact support and you'll be asked some other things so help can be provided accordingly.
