    Hi there,

    As @Lirind stated: accounts that have not been used for a period of three years straight are permanentely removed from the database and can't be restored. This is in complience with privacy laws. You will have to play with the new account you created.

    Hi there,

    Like @Lirind said: OSM has two seperate versions. One is OSM NL and is mostly for users that live in The Netherlands and Belgium. The other version is OSM World and is an international version where users from all around the world can play together. As both versions act indepentantely of each other, the account you have created only works on the version where it was created on.

    This account you are having is located on OSM World and can thus only be played on OSM World. You're friends are either playing on OSM NL or you have downloaded the wrong version of the Android app.

    The first thing you can try is to go the login page of the OSM app and check which region is selected: Dutch or World. If it is Dutch, then you have to switch that region to World and you should be able to login and find the league your friends are playing in.

    If it is already set on World region, then your friends are playing on OSM NL. You have then two choises:

    You can switch to the Dutch region and create an account on that version of OSM. Then you should be able to find the league your friends are playing in. All your friends create an account on OSM World and you can play together on the World version of OSM.

    Bestes Beispiel ZDM oder ZOM...Ich hab immer zutun herauszukriegen ob das nun ein defensiver oder ein offensiver ist...

    Hi there,

    Frimpong being a midfielder was a mistake and was going to be corrected after the next update of the Germany league. That update happened yesterday, so the league overview page of Bayer Leverkusen's squad is probably incorrect and not updated properly if you have him as a defender.

    Hi there,

    If you play on the OSM app it can sometimes happen that the changes you make to your starting line-up won't be saved. This happens when the data in your OSM app isn't synchronised with the OSM server. Your assistent then fills the open spots. So it could be that this happened and the assistent choose a different player that you initialy wanted to start.

    The above could also be the reason for the message that all 11 players weren't selected. Even if you did filled all the spots, the message sometimes lingers after you have filled all 11 positions for your starting line-up. Just some small glitch that you can ignore if all 11 spots are filled.

    Hi there,

    There is a system in place that checks if you met all criteria to receive the bonus for inviting friends to OSM. Those are as follows:

    New user has to sign up via invitation link and on same session (if user installs app, then closes it and later opens it and sign up, it won't work. He needs to click the link again and only after the account has been created) Invited user has to create a new account and not joining league with an existing one. There's a maximum of 10 rewards, so all invites sent after that won't give any more rewards.

    So make sure to double check if you and your friends meet these criteria. If that's the case and you didn't receive them, then you will have to contact our customer support through the below link.

    Then click on 'submit a request' and choose the option 'OSM' to fill in the contact sheet. Make sure to provide the managernames of your friends who you invited.

    I am having the same problem selling players even if its low price my friends in the same league with me be selling 3 to 5 players more expensive than me while it can take 2 to 3 days to sell a player

    Hi there,

    The 4 days pre-season is a general indiciation of the amount of days before the first match start. The 3 days and 1 hours is the actual time until the first match start. The reason for that, is that you joined the league not right after simulation started, but 23 hours after simulation. Or 1 hour before simulation starts, depending on how you look at it.

    This is normal behaviour and depends on when you join the league compared to the time when league will be simulated. If you join a league right after server simulation is concluded, you will have a lot more hours left on that first day then when you join a league very close to server simulaton.

    Hi there,

    Not all languages are available in OSM. It takes lots of time and work to do a proper translation and thus there need to be a large number of users from that country before they might add a translation of that language in the game. The same will apply to adding it to the Chinese App Store.

    Hi there,

    Like I said in your previous post: Interest is only given when Club Funds are on Savings during match simulation and it is then added on Savings and not on your normal balance. That means that once you are done with managing your team before the match, you will need to add it to Savings and leave it there.

    These screenshots still tells us nothing. With that 1M that you had plus the 1M that you received from daily income, you would have 2M, but you only have 1.5M on that last screenshot. That means that you already used your Club Funds on things either before or after the match had been played.

    What you need to do is this:

    1: Put your Club Funds on Savings after you are finished with your team for the day
    2: Make a screenshot of your Finances
    3: Do not touch your Club Funds and leave it in Savings
    4. After match has been played, do not touch your Club Funds and leave it In Savings
    5. Make another screenshot of your Finances

    If you do this correctly, your balance would show the amount of club funds you received from daily income, sponsors and gate receipts combined. Your Savings would either show the old amount of club funds you put in there before the match or the new amount with the 2% interested added to it. Any other numbers than that means that you spend your Club Funds somewhere between the first and second set of screenshots. And that means we can't know for sure if interest was added or not.

    Hi there,

    Interest is given when you have your club funds on Savings during match simulation. That 2% interest will be added to your Savings once the match has been played. So double check the amount of funds you have on Savings after your match has been played. This amount should equal your previous amount + that 2% interest.

    If it is incorrect then you can create a new topic and post screenshots of your Finances and Savings both before and after the match.
