But you can create your own private league and invite Irish managers to come join you or post about it on the League Recruit topic on the forum. You can find other Irish managers when you go to manager ranking >>then click on country to view Irish managers.

Losing doesn't gives you manager points...unless Is combined with the defeat of other teams and your team earn, some places on the league standings...cause then you take manager points, but for better place on the standings...

..so you are blaming the game for your loses ? having a good team doesn't give you the title....you have to earn it...and that means to have good tactics and win other teams...this can happen to anyone....
