Q: Why didn't I receive Boss Coins ( BCs ) after inviting managers? A: To be able to get these rewards, following criteria have to be met: New user has to sign up via invitation link and on same session (if user installs app then closes it and later opens it and sign up, it won't work. That user will need to click the link again and only after the account has been created) Invited user has to create a new account and not joining league with an existing one. There's a maximum of 10 rewards, so all invites sent after that won't give any more rewards. If you follow those requirements you should get the reward. @Kylian10_Madrid Hi there, An e-mail can only belong to one account, even if that account has been disabled. You will have to contact our customer support to help you out with this. You can find our support through the below link. https://support.onlinesoccermanager.com/hc/en-us After that, click on 'submit a request' and choose the option 'OSM' to fill in the contact sheet. Make sure to provide the manager names of both you current account and the account that you disabled.

Hi, Did you had other account logged on that device before? If so, please contact support providing old account manager name. This way account link with device can be removed. If you never had an account before, make sure you're logging on correct version. If none of the above, please contact support and you'll be asked some other things so help can be provided accordingly.
