    @6969007 Hi there, Have you tried clearing cookies and cache via the browser or deleting the OSM app and reinstalling it again. Make sure you have way to log in to your account again if you delete the app. If all those things don't work you can create a new topic and provide more details about the issue by following our bug report procedure.     @Mr-Fabio-2 Hi there, Sometimes players are being sold quickly, other times it might take days. So there is nothing wrong here and you just had bad luck that your players weren't sold quicker.

    @Don-Joselito Buying players always cost some amount of Bosscoins. However, for buying a player on the transferlist you can watch a video instead of paying the 1 bc fee. You still pay the full amount of Club Funds, so maybe you choose that option. See below for the full list: buying a player from the transferlist 1 bc (you can watch a video for this instead of paying the 1 bc fee) buying a player from the scout with a rating below 100 15 bc buying a player from the scout with a rating above 100 40+ bc (not fixed as it depends on the rating) buying a legend player from the transferlist 100 bc buying a player from a special offer not a fixed amount of bc as it depends on the situation buying a player using club funds compensation not a fixed amount of bc as it depends on the situation.

    @Kobain1991 Hi there, First of all: watch you language. Second: it can sometimes happen that a clubslot is temporarely unavailable. That means that there is some maintenance going on in your league. It's unfortunate if it happens close to simulation, but that is sometimes unavoidable. By only preparing your team for the next match in the last few minutes, you will always take a risk when something unforseen happens.

    Hi there, Sometimes clubslots can be temporarely unavailable due to some maintenance. This usually doesn't take too long. It's unfortunate if it happens close to simulation time, but that is sometimes unavoidable. @pin-kod Matches are only postphoned if OSM is completely down for a long amount of time. I don't believe that was the case here. Something unforseen can always happen, so if you start setting your tactics a couple of minutes before match is being played, you will always take that risk.

    Now it is okay, everything is working normally, but I've lost the semifinal cup game in the French 3rd division, slot1, match started around 9.30pm CET, because OSM was disabled during the match time... Because of this loss, I lost the chance to win this trophy and also I lost 934 medals dropping 99 positions in the OSM global manager ranking from the last night 794position to the current 893, we all know this is not fair but no one is gonna cry about this, and no worries OSM I will play this league again and will win this cup trophy you took it from me this time, Also, in my slot3 i had draw(i was luck not to lose) in the first battle match which was played today around 5.20 pm CET, if Im remember correctly, when OSM also shut down this game/application, but let battle matches running My slot 3 was inactive today, I had a day off in some English 4th league, and surprisingly i had one victory, on my slot four Arg 2nd div match started around 9.50pm CET, I do not know how i won that match without setting anything from my tactics, formation, player's positions etc, maybe it was another OSM BUG [image: 1693081387926-slot-1.2.png] [image: 1693081430791-slot1.1.png] [image: 1693081460709-slot1.png] [image: 1693081621125-a1.png] Football ARTist forever

    @Coach-Ahmed-Gamal Hi there, It's not possible to set the time of the match yourself. You are placed on a server depending on certain factors. Each server has a certain timeframe for when matches are being simulated.
