    Hi, It will remove the ads that pop often on app/website and the ones spread on diffeent places. You'll still be able to apply to all offers and also watch vdeos to get more BCs

    Hi, We're sorry that you've lost 'your crew', but... If crew was really yours (as in you created/president), no matter how long you were absent, crew would still be there, unless: you've passed the crew ownership to someone else. If you were not president, then try to find someone from that crew and ask him what happened

    Hi, Sorry for the 'not so good' experience you had with support. We get quite a lot of 'rubish' tickets, so in order to minimise the delay we've automated some situations. To have a faster and effient support, you should make only one report and follow the instructions you get when you get a reply. I've just asked a colleague to close both reports you still had open and have dealt with the cheating on the league

    Hi, We're sorry that you're facing such an issue, but usually this is due to local temporary files. Can you please try to clear all your temporary files (some times it's enough to press CTRL + F5) and try again?

    @Hoekloos_NL Hi, This cannot be solved as OSM NL and OSM World are two seperate versions of OSM. So you cannot use your account of the NL version for the World version and vice versa. If you want to play on the World version aswell, then you have to create an account on that version.

    When your friend logged on your device, he also linked it to your gamecenter account, that's why it keeps logging on his account. You can fix this yourself by removing the link (you can do it on OSM settings) NOTE: Let your friend know that he needs to secure his account by setting an e-mail, so he can recover it if he switches device/forget pass.... etc

There's no need to fill in all the info on the template, but we need enough info to be able to reproduce it! About the mail question, you're right. You can't have same mail address on Dutch and World version!

    @Lirind Probably some Beta testing since not all users have it.. but this is really really unfair when someone has it in battle and others dont.. and specially if the one having it is crazy enough to pay for these -_- Brilliant thing is that just a month before this ridiculous idea I was told that it is not fun to build squad so easilly with 2.5x value transfers and 2.0 is so much better

    Our experience from our 3 crews is that many reports of insults were unfortunately not punished by those responsible. Maybe some times the OSM chat of the managers was blocked for a period of time, but in most cases the managers could still play OSM and nothing happened. The response time to our reports was also very long in most cases, on queries about their decision, there was often no further response from those responsible. Our impression is therefore also that no consistent action is taken against insults... Unfortunately. Either there is a zero tolerance policy, as those responsible themselves always formulate it, or you can leave it alone. Everything else makes no sense. Sad but true.
