@Fear-Force I understand your desire to help other managers and I thank you for that, but please try to think on 'the consequences' of your tips. If manager did what you advised him and he hadn't secured his account, account will be lost for good because he won't be able to log back!
@Alexander-Alanis12 Before take any actions, you first need to secure your account, so you can log back on it after.
After that, please check if you've the leatest version of the app.
If after update and clear cache it still doesn't work, please let us know exactly what the problem is providing as much info aspossible, so we can help you better.
