    Maybe you can consider to remove that kind of situation because this is unfair that only 1 Player can be in use. You have milion of players and I dont understand how it is possibile that 2 the same players are in squad.

    Actually it wouldn't be weird. There may also be a package in which all these rewards can be provided without ads. For example, we can reduce the training timer by 2 hours to 4 times every 3 hours without watching ads. In summary, other rewards can also be provided without watching ads with the same frequency. there are games with such package examples. It can also be applied in this game. I would like to ask you to consider this option and, if possible , add such a package.

    @bryant-myers_66 Hi there, You got the stadard 50 Bosscoins that every new user starts with. Your friend can get a bonus of 50 Bosscoins for the first 10 friends he invites to join the OSM communiy and creating an account through his referal link. There are however a few requirements that you both need to fullfill before those bonus Bosscoins are given out. They are as follows: New user has to sign up via invitation link and on same session (if user installs app then closes it and later opens it and sign up, it won't work. He needs to click the link again and only after the account has been created) Invited user has to create a new account and not joining league with an existing one. There's a maximum of 10 rewards, so all invites sent after that won't give any more rewards. So make sure that you both double check if you have met these requirements. If that's the case and your friend still hasn't received the bonus, then he has to go to our customer service via the below link. https://support.onlinesoccermanager.com/hc/en-us From there he has to click on 'submit a request' and choose the option 'OSM' to fill in the contact sheet in English.

    @skenRUBY Hi there, If it still an issue and removing cookies and cache of the browser didn't worked, then please post some screenshots of the issue. Perhaps you do not have enough Club Funds or Bosscoins to make the purchase or you have put your Club Funds on Savings. If it's on Savings you won't be able to use it and have to transfer it back first. As for the video: do you have an adblocker installed and is it active for OSM? If so, then you have to deactivate it before you are able to watch the ad.

    @77TOMIBRUZZ77 Hi there, Perhaps you paid of the timer, your money was on Savings or you didn't have enough Club Funds to pay for the improvement. Otherwise you don't have to pay Bosscoins. Anyway, you can always try going to our customer support and ask there if they want to double check what happened.     @ardit200000000_8 Hi there, I'm sorry, but for all account issues you have to be at our customer service. If you have already sent a ticket in via https://support.onlinesoccermanager.com/hc/en-us then you have to be patient until you get a reply. Depending on how busy it is, this might take a few days. As long as you didn't received a reply, it's best to not send in another ticket as that just put you back at the bottom of the waiting line.

    @kevin25jaar_NL Hi there, Did you joined a new league that was created by a user or created your own league between thursday and saturday? If so, then the advanced setting called 'timers' has been deactivated. Then you won't be able to buy off the timers or watch an ad to reduce the time the timer needs to complete.
