Reason why we wanted to see the trophie cabinet is to see if there where any tropies from before the introduction of the achievement. The screen that you've sent is not from trophie cabinet, you can only see how many cups reached in total. But in your case there's no bug at all 3 cups are reached before the introductions of achievements and cup achievements only count from the moment of introduction. So you'll need to win cup 3 more times to unlock it.
