That means that scout can not find such player, in this age, with these characteristics you are asking.....maybe all the defenders with such characteristics are already playing in your league on some other teams.....

Hello mate,
if you buy some Boss coins, by pressing the Boss coins symbol under your profile, you will have the option when you use the scout and comes back with some players, to be able to buy some or all of them, using the savings/money of yours and 15 boss coins...also you can buy a player from the transfer list of your league, using the savings/money of yours and 1 boss coin...

You resigned from league which also means you've lost access to the league.
No one will be able to join that league anymore since it's private.
