He has already been bought by another team in your league He has been bought and sold to the engine He is listed on the transferlist He is in a special offer for another user You didn't use proper scout criteria or using criteria that are too general So do a check in your league to see if he is listed on the transferlist, is in any of the other teams or has been sold to the engine already. If that's not the case then we need screenshots of your scout criteria aswell as the scout results.

@Toby-Poh Hi there, You either don't have the required Club Funds or you have put them into Savings. When Club Funds are in Savings, you won't be able to use them and have to use extra Bosscoins to buy that player.

@t-kurt86 Hi there, There isn't a bug in the interest, or at least nobody has been able to show it very clearly then if there is a bug. Interest is added to Savings and not directly on your Balance. I think that this confuses most users. If interest really doesn't get added, then you can create a new topic and make a proper bug report, including screenshots of both your Finances and Savings from before and after a match.

@hariharan__14 Hi there, That league is probably not available because there isn't enough data available to create the league. You can however search for Sri Lankan players. It's under the nationality setting of the scout. Don't know if there are actually players from that country in OSM.

@Sonley_NL Hi there, This is a known issue on the webversion of OSM. The issue lies within the videoplayer and thus needs to be fixed by the company of that videoplayer. It's being worked on. You can watch videos via the OSM app, so if you do not have issues login in to the OSM app, you can use that platform to watch them.

@kenny2323_NL Hi there, These Double and Triple Bosscoin events don't apply to the videos. They reward always just one Bosscoin. You will get double and triple rewards on the offers in the offerwall.

When you don't have enough Club Funds or have your Club Funds on Savings and buy a player, that player will be bought with Bosscoins instead of Club Funds. Below a certain number you won't receive a confirmation button if you really want to continue with the purchase or not. This is usually the cause for 'losing' Bosscoins. You can try going to our customer service, but with the weekend and Christmas holiday that follows, I don't know if you will get a response in the next few days. @JordyHof_NL The issue lies in the videoplayer. That company is working on it, but that means it might also take longer before it is fixed.
