Revu uses a different kind of system, as in that it is not possible to contact them if the offer is listed as 'credited'. The best thing you can do right now is to contact our customer support through the below link. https://support.onlinesoccermanager.com/hc/en-us Then click on 'submit a request' and choose the option 'OSM'. Then you can fill in the contact sheet. Make sure to provide as much information as you can and include the e-mails you received from Fyber. As an extra note: always contact the provider of these offers (Fyber, Revu, Tapjoy) and not the company of the app/survey you are using or filling in. Those companies have nothing to do with these offers and thus can't help you out.

    @Bryan-Anthony Hi there, This is because there is an issue with the simulation times that causes it too shift too much. They are aware of it and are investigating it. The timer shows the correct time to when your match will be played, so you should keep an eye on the timer.

    @Paainyt There can't be a confirmation because there was an error. This is sort of a failsafe that converts those Bosscoins into Club Funds. You could try contacting our customer support and explain the situation to them. They are better equiped to check everything out. They can be reached via the below link. https://support.onlinesoccermanager.com/hc/en-us Click on 'submit a request' and then choose 'OSM' to fill in the contact sheet. Make sure to provide a detailed description of all the 'steps' that led to this situation and include the screenshots.

    @88Toma Hi there, There is an issue with the simulation time. They are already aware of it and are investigating it. The timer does depict the correct time to the simulation of your match, so keep an eye out on the timer.

    @Majstor-Matt Hi there, About the issue with the tactics: In your other topic, admin SpecialOne gave some more info about the issue We found something and we're working on a fix that should go live on next release. In the mean time, to avoid having this issue, just don't go firectly from tactics to line up So if you avoid going directly to the the line-up after you've made changes to the tactics, it should save properly. As for the issue with the simulation times: they are aware of this and are investigating it. The timer does depict the correct simulation time of your match, so keep an eye out on the timer.
