    @Stefan-v-d-Bosch_NL Hi there, I've received new information: the e-mail you've received was about the deletion of your World account and not of your account on OSM NL. For some reason both accounts share the same e-mailadress. Your World account will be deleted in less than a month! (last login: December 2020). So if you want to keep your account on the World version you will have to log in to that account. I will re-open your topic in case you do not remember your login credentials.

    @beyogludöndü Hi there, Suspended/locked accounts and cheatings in general won't be discussed or handled through this forum. When you log in to the banned account you have the option to appeal to the lock. If not, then you can contact our customer support through the below link. https://support.onlinesoccermanager.com/hc/en-us From there you can click on 'submit a request' and choose the option 'OSM' to fill in our contact sheet.

    @Bukvic-1995 For your account you can try to log in on web with Facebook or your password. If you can log in on the web application, it is safe to remove the app from your phone and log in again after installing it the same way you have logged in on web.

    @Grandadam Hi there, If you buy a Club Funds pack or a pack with position swap, they will automaticaly be added to your inventory (the blue-yellow OSM bag). That way you can decide later on which of you clubslots you want to use it. To use it you will have to: Go to the desired clubslot you want the Club Funds to be added Go to the inventory Click/tap on the Club Funds package to add it to your Club Funds you have on your team Additional info: No, you can't use some of it on one clubslot and then the rest on another clubslot. The full amount will be deposited in one sweep on the clubslot that you have selected. The advanced tool 'Items' needs to be turned on in the league settings. If it is turned off by a league moderator these items can't be used.

    @Grandadam On the webversion Match Experience autmaticaly starts up after a match has been played. You just have to press 'continue' to watch it. After that you see the match replay minute from minute with the goals, chances, yellow/red cards, injuries and substitutions.     @Ajacied4Vinnie_NL Hi there, Interest is added to the Savings and not to the balance of your Club Funds. Make sure to check if the balance on Savings is correct. If not, then you can create a new topic and add screenshots of your Finance and Savings from before a match and after a match has been played.

    According to Gamebasics, there are no more issues with interest since September. Keep the following in mind: In oder to get interest, the Club Funds needs to be in Savings during simulation Interest is added to Savings and not on your Balance. If you are sure that you didn't received the interest while you should've, then please create a new topic with a detailed explanation aswell as screenshots of your Finances and Savings before the match and after the match. This topic will be closed.

After you've logged in you can create a password of your own or even set up a social connection. If you haven't set an e-mail on your account, then you will have to contact our customer support via the below link. https://support.onlinesoccermanager.com/hc/en-us Click on 'submit a request and choose the option 'OSM'. Then you can fill in the contact sheet. Make sure to provide enough details about your issue.

Then you will be able to fill in our contact sheet. Make sure to provide proof of payment and the support team will help you out from there.

    @poccnr Hi there, I think we all have these moments from time to time, but these are part of the game. Injury time can be reduced with either one or two days with every session, but most of the time it will just be one day.
