    @noah1919_8 If you believe something went wrong then you have to contact our customer support via the below link. https://support.onlinesoccermanager.com/hc/en-us Then click on 'submit a request' and use the option 'OSM'. Then fill in the contact sheet.

If you haven't already, you should contact our customer support via the below link. https://support.onlinesoccermanager.com/hc/en-us Then click on 'submit a request' then click on 'OSM'and fill in the contact sheet in English. Make sure to add proof of payment.

    @Kabusia-1 Hi there, Even if your squad value is higher than your opponent doesn't mean you are automaticaly going to win that match. Tactics are equally important. So perhaps you should try something else.

    I think there is a misunderstanding. The total of the medals we received from each match we won throughout the league is added to our page at the end of the league. That is, if I have won 500 medals per match, I have earned 15,000 medals at the end of a 30-day league. These medals are not added to my account extra. Is it true?

    @poccnr Hi there, First off: please, don't use caps lock. Secondly: the reason why the full name is displayed, is because in Everton there plays a footballer called Amadou Onana. Since their first name both start with the letter 'A', they have their full name listed on OSM. Otherwise you would either get Onana and Onana or A. Onana and A. Onana.

    @Whiteee Have you already tried to appeal again? If that still doesn't work then it is best to go to our customer support via the below link. We don't handle cheatings and locked/suspended account on the forum. https://support.onlinesoccermanager.com/hc/en-us Then click on 'submit a request' and fill in the contact sheet in English. Add as much details and include that it wasn't possible to appeal directly from your account.
