I think the problem is that you were using the web version of OSM to buy your new Boss Coins via the phone payment. When I tried it on my browser I got this message: http://prnt.sc/d9glax

I use the phone payment all the time for months now but I do this via my Android's OSM Application.
So please I want you to follow these steps:

Make sure you have downloaded on your mobile phone the latest version of the OSM App. Go inside the app and click on the Boss coins icon ( the little diamond ) and you will see in front of you the offers of packages. Then go to the right end of these offers to find the "Pay by phone" offer. Click on it and you will be automatically directed to a new window and from there you can choose between two different amounts of Boss coins. Choose what you want and confirm it. You will never need to type down your phone number this way. They don't ask of it. And when you are done with your purchase they send you a sms on your phone informing you that you have been charged with a certain amount of money for your Boss coins. It's fast and easy. 😉

You have to change your Avatar on your OSM game profile of your account, and then automatically you will get the same avatar on your forum profile too. Or at least you will get to see another pic too , besides the default one that you see now. 😉

I did write down the prices of my players today to make sure about the right answer to you :
No, the 10% fee that we used to lose from a sold player does not stand anymore , after the arrival of the new OSM version.
The manager recieves on the Club funds the whole amount 100% of the price that he/she sets on the Transfer List.

There is a proper place to report cheaters and forum is not the one 😉

Go to League table, then click on Manager list. Click on the name of the manager you want to report and then you will find on top right "Report as cheater".
Click in there and follow the instructions.
Don't forget to activate the report by clicking on the link you'll get on your mail!

the counting of manager points has been changed a couple of years before. I'm not sure if the below numbers are 100% correct, but you can get the idea of how the system works now :

Points earned in the past 180 days count 100%
Points earned between 180 and 700 days ago count between 99% and 1% (on a sliding scale)
Points earned over 700 days ago count 1%

Maybe your goalkeeper was up field on the opposite area, trying to make a goal (using his head maybe) from the corner, a team mate was doing at the moment.... so he stayed on the back and when the opposite goalkeeper tried to take the free kick, he bothered him... happens all the time mate... 😉

Congratulations for your new Portugal league and best of success to you. As for your question , I must inform you that you can upgrade your own Stadium at the top Level 3 without using a single Boss Coin. The only thing you will need is to spend a few of your Club funds for each round , so look at the screen shot please: http://prnt.sc/d94b60
Now if you want to skip the timers every time for each and every feature of your Stadium by using Boss Coins then I cannot tell you the exact amount of such a cost. You must understand that you are not able to jump from Level 0 to Level 3 in just one round , with or without the expense of your Boss Coins.
