my data analyst went a duty but when he came back he didn't give me the results. when I pressed complete popup an error which is say something gone wrong plus send us an email

The data analyst works fine for me on both the webversion aswell as the OSM app on Android. So remove the cookies and cache and try again or try a different browser.

During my last campaign I sent my data analyst to spy on my next opponent in order to complete a mission. The timer expired without a report and I re-sent them and they returned correctly. However, it now appears that the system thinks I still have an unresolved report to view which I cannot clear.
Moreover, I am no longer able to use the Data Analyst as I get a prompt that something has gone wrong and to email you.
Can you clear the issue for me?

I'm a user playing the game from Türkiye. I'm currently playing for Göztepe in the Turkish league.
We're only in the third week of the league. To learn the next opponent's tactics and formation, I go to the Information Analyst tab and press the start button. It gives me a message like this: "Something went wrong, please help us by reporting the situation via email." Could you please help? The relevant image is attached.

This issue is happening again for me, both on web and Android
