the devs have located the issue and have put a hotfix live that solved the issue -
During my last campaign I sent my data analyst to spy on my next opponent in order to complete a mission. The timer expired without a report and I re-sent them and they returned correctly. However, it now appears that the system thinks I still have an unresolved report to view which I cannot clear.
Moreover, I am no longer able to use the Data Analyst as I get a prompt that something has gone wrong and to email you.
Can you clear the issue for me?

I'm a user playing the game from Türkiye. I'm currently playing for Göztepe in the Turkish league.
We're only in the third week of the league. To learn the next opponent's tactics and formation, I go to the Information Analyst tab and press the start button. It gives me a message like this: "Something went wrong, please help us by reporting the situation via email." Could you please help? The relevant image is attached.

Hi,
Analysing does not work on human opponents. Even if they do not have secret training. I have tried on app and web interface. It works only on AI opponents. On the app, I get Error 400. On the web, I get “Something went wrong” message.

To me, it didn’t happen on all the slots. Just on my crew battle slot -
Also, the issue is worse for us, because i can’t even use a secret training in the battle, whereas the opponent might be able to use his data analyst on me whilst i can’t use it on him.

Now i was trying to set my specialists, and it kept giving the same error (oops, something has gone wrong etc). I reloaded the page and it was temporarily offline….
They should really consider notifying us before a downtime… -
It gives a 400 error. We can't even buy tokens.

Hope they can fix it soon, otherwise it will be a big disadvantage for us, can’t analyze enemy formation and same with waiting for the lose
