    @FC-Eddie_NL Nothing works. I tried those and more, but no solution P.S. I even entered the site with career or choose league but it refreshes with the Dashboard site and shows the same error.

    @Crusader-kin Hi there, The most likely scenario is that your old account has been permanently removed from the OSM database. This will happen to all accounts that are inactive for a period of 3 years straight and needs to be done because of the privacy laws (GDPR). In that case you will have to play OSM with this new account that you created. If you still remember your old managername, then you can contact our customer service to be sure if that's the case. You can find our customer support through the below link. https://support.onlinesoccermanager.com/hc/en-us Then click on 'submit a request' and choose the option 'OSM' from the dropdown menu to fill in the contact sheet. Provide as much details about your old account as you can. Depending on how busy it is, it might take several days before you receive a reply.

So if you are sure that you didn't received them, then you should contact our customer support. They can verify if requirements are met and if the Bosscoins are added or not.     @DidyXavy-0 Hi there, That's unfortunate, but it can always happen that there are some server issues. They try to minimize downtime as much as possible, but it still technology. If server issues are severe they try to halt simulations, if possible. And a rollback will only happen if data gets corrupted or there are extreme issues with servers.

If that doesn't work and you still haven't received them, then you will have to contact our customer support through the below link. https://support.onlinesoccermanager.com/hc/en-us Then click on 'submit a request' and choose the option 'OSM' from the dropdown menu to fill in the contact sheet.
